            In May this year I contracted the Fix It Fellas **** ****** and ***** ******* to perform work in my backyard which consisted of building an AZ Room, a BBQ Island, a Fire Pit, a storage shed, a covering for our bikes, a deck, a Pergola, a waterfall pond, and do backyard landscaping composed of flagstone, turf and decorative rock. The agreed amount was $25,000 with $8000 deposit and 5 $3400 payments at completion intervals. I have paid $21,600 but they have only done approx half of the work. They walked off the job today and informed that they will not be returning. I have requested money returned for work not performed that they refuse to provide. The whole job was agreed to be completed by 1 July. The AZ Room is almost completed with numerous issues, BBQ is halfway completed, the Pergola is less than half completed and same for Fire Pit. Irrigation lines and electrical has been routed under ground to support the job. None of the other work has commenced.
