  Desert Quality Construction restored our home after we received some pretty sever water damage. The project included drywall repair, kitchen cabinet repair, flooring replacement and painting. They did it quickly, efficiently and with quality craftmanship. When they finished our house looked as good as new. If in the future, we need any remodeling or restoration we'll be sure to call them again.

  Desert Quality Construction is a local business that we contacted, along with other companies, because we were going to update two bathrooms in our home. We chose them because they came to our home and discussed our needs and shared their expertise. They prepared an itemized spreadsheet of supplies and expenses for the job. From the beginning of this first meeting, they always answered our questions and phone calls without delay. While the work was being done, they came on time and kept the schedule that we agreed to. They were also very conscientious about tidying up and cleaning the area after each work day. The final result was so satisfying and beautiful because of the assistance we were given along the way. Everyone we came in conact with was polite, kind, patient and highly skilled. If we ever decide to start another home project, we would aske them again to work for us with no reservations.***** and ********

  Desert Quality Construction was there when I needed them following an intense summer thunderstorm that left my roof damaged and skylight torn off. The owner came in with another contractor for immediate damage control providing roof tarping and interior assessments. The restoration contractor (to remain nameless) had provided interior drying fans and a/c dehumidification that was beyond the necessary scope of work and was dismissed.DQC's owner worked with the myself and the my insurance agent to provide quick estimates and once approved, immediately began repairs covering complete roof replacement of the tile roof and minor repairs to the flat roof portion of the structure. My home was weather tight within days and replacement completed within a few weeks in early September 2023. Note that over a dozen homes within a mile of my home were damaged in the same manner forcing repairs and to many, replacement of their tile roofs months later as late as mid-December.The interior repairs included sheet rock damage to several walls and ceiling areas due to water infiltration during the storm as the roof was peeling away. The team took great care to protect my personal belongings and furniture while performing excellent work in replacement, taping and texturing the affected areas to matching existing surfaces which included paint matching and trim repairs. These were seen in the Kitchen, dining areas, living room and master bedroom.In all I would highly recommend seeking Desert Quality Construction for estimates pertaining to most general construction needs including repairs, remodeling and any home modifications requiring skilled and competent contracting. Good people, honest estimates and quality work.
