    A long distance move can be very stressful, purchasing property when miles away is even worse. Top that I only wanted to buy in two specific communities. **** was there for me throughout the long process, keeping me informed.of new listings, meeting up with me on those occasions when I had something worthy of flying in for, keeping in touch with me regularly. Finally after I found the right place he was there to handle everything getting documents to me, setting up inspections, being there with me during inspections and the appraisal. As with any real estate transaction, I got stressed over certain details and made calls to him with my worries if I had to leave a message, it didnt take long for him to get back to me. He listened to my concerns and if he didnt have the answer, he got it for me. He is just an all-around good agent to have on your side.

    **** was amazing, he connected to every detail that we wanted, knew we were out of state purchasers so did everything he could to educate ** on the nuances of buying in *******. All of his referrals ( mortgage, insurance, etc) turned out to be exactly like him, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. Highly recommend!!!

    I think **** did a great job for us in many ways. Our search for a house was extended from March until November, but **** kept us informed of new opportunities from his website. When we finally saw a house that fit our parameters, he pursued same even though it was under contract. When he learned from listing agent that deal might fall through, he promptly contacted us, and we made a back up offer that was ultimately successful. **** is very personable, and I feel that at end of process, he is our friend, as well as our realtor. Only improvement suggestion I would make (and this may be more old fashioned me re dealing with realtors) is to dress up a little bit when dealing with clients. OB
