            I rent from this company and have never had such a hard time getting maintenance done as I have here. This is the second time I reach out to BBB regarding the lack of urgency regarding fixes. Two years my thermostat broke and we were all weekend without AC in the middle of summer in AZ. This past weekend 1/27/24 I had a slow leak that turn into a flooding of my bathroom. I filed a maintenance request on the online portal since after I called, mind you their office phone # is a recorded message. Fast forward to Wednesday 1/31/24 I have had 1 text response and one email response saying they resubmitted my maintenance order and no resolution. My water is shut off to prevent more water damage and flooding. This is not right and if you read the reviews same complaints over and over. Why is this being overlooked? I have also had a rental increase every year since Covid putting me at $1125 this next year. I had a complaint about possible fungus in my bathroom and got no response. How’s this honest renting and honestly I feel she is discriminating because during covid I fell on hard times was struggling paying rent and finally got help and rent was paid in full every penny that was past due.
