      I have moved out from my old unit located at 1935 s Sunnyvale #1061 masa AZ 85026 on March 1,2024 my deposit refund was never sent to me and I was told I would get it returned within 14 business days and have been in constant communication with the leasing office as well as attempting to contact there corporate office with no progress I have recently spoken with the leasing office and was given false information to contact corporate office leading me to believe they are illegally withholding my security deposit at this time

      I submitted a maintenance request September 12th 2022 through the residential portal. In my maintenance requests one of my issues was having black mold in the bathroom and underneath the kitchen sink.
      It has been almost a month since I submitted my request so I decided to check the portal for status. When I check the status it shows that my requests were completed September 15th 2022.

      I was home all day September 15th 2022. No one from maintenance or any employee entered my units that day to make any repairs. Not on September 15th or any day since my request. There's been no attempt and resolving the mold issue. I have been verbally requesting and notifying maintenance regarding the mold issue since I moved in in 2021.
      Absolutely nothing has been done since I've moved in.
      I was informed the best way to handle a maintenance request or issue is to submit it's on the residential portal. There was issues with my login and it took a few weeks for the office to fix the issue so I can log into my residential portal.
      I submitted my first written request September 12th 2022. This mold issue had gotten worse when the upstairs apartment above me caught fire. With the water leaking from upstairs into my units it worse than the problem in my bathroom with the black mold.
