              We received notice of weeds dated January 26, 2023 with pictures detailing the issue. We received another notice dated February 24, 2023 stating that the issue had not been corrected but they had used the same pictures from the January 26th notice. They do not have evidence had not been corrected. They will say that we need to send a picture showing that we have corrected the issue, but it is not stated in the HOA's CCR's that we need to do that. This is not the first time that I personally found them sending false information like this. The first incident happened in May 2022 when they sent another weed violation that included a picture of part of the roof still showing as brown. I have receipts showing that the roof was replaced on April 15,2022 with the color no longer brown, but a bluish-gray. If they are going to send out notices like this, they must have accurate information.

              Pinehurst community managers are incompetent and rude, don't do her homework, don't send financials and meeting minutes for months, and can't even communicate basic information to the owners via email. Their lack of proper and timely communication has led to significant damages to my property and there was not even an apology. They blindly side with our self righteous board members on decisions that benefit the board members themselves and their friends, and could care less for concerns from other owners who are all paying very high HOA fees. Bottom line: a big fiasco.
