            The company was hired for chemical service on my pool. The service started on May 1, 2023 and just after four weeks+ of service, the pool turned green. The service manager suggested that the pool be drained and I will be responsible for the charges. I disagreed with him, he should be responsible for the draining and charges because he caused the problem, pool turned green and in bad shape. The pool turned yellowish green before it turned solid green at present. The service manager said that the pool was already green at the beginning. I have a picture of the pool before he came over, that the bottom of the pool is visible in contrast to the present green pool he created. The service for the pool was paid for the month of May through June, yet the service manager said he will not charge me for the chemical service since May 1st. Another statement mailed that I am behind for two months. I notified the office about it. I believe the service manager did not know how to balance the ph, the chemicals like the clhorine, phosphates, etc which led to the "green pool". The chemical service was susupended by the office and unless the pool is drained, it will further lead to my pool's total ruin.

            This company left our side gate open and let our dogs run free. All we got was a call to inform us of the situation. The technician didn't even bother to stay and watch our dog while my wife drove frantically home. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! If you value your pets do not use this pool company

            I am very sorry that this situation happened,  it truly was an accident.   ************** services the pool early in the morning before the office opens at 9am.  We have been servicing this customer (with the same tech) for the past 2 years and this has never happened, Our tech was worried about the dogs being out and let our office know about the situation as soon as he could when the office manager was in at 8:30am. We then immediately called both numbers we had for the customer and emailed them about the situation. The Tech tried to get the dogs back into the yard because they did not run far, except they would not come to him.  We also tried to call customer and see if they recovered there dogs and no response back.
