    Was involved in a Hit and Run with my truck. The truck merged into my lane and broke my mirror on the passenger side. The Pima County Police pulled over the truck with the trailer and gave me their Insurance Information but not the Driver Information like the driver's license information. They said they would give the driver a citation and I was free to go. The Reference Number is *********. Come to find out that the Deputy was told by his supervisor not to issue the citation. Never heard that before. I guess it's legal to merge into someone and cause damage to their vehicle then keep on driving. The driver is a ********************* covered driver. Called the ***************** and filed a accident report with them. Claim Number 25-854865588. They do not know if the driver is insured!
