      Business Response

      Date: 06/16/2025

      Thank
you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

      We
take all complaints seriously and are committed to addressing them in a
professional and fair manner. At this time, the matter is under review by the
Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC), and we are obligated to wait for their
inspection and findings before taking further action.

      It
is important to note that prior to this complaint, all work performed was
inspected and approved by the Town of Oro Valley, and we successfully passed
      all required inspections.

      We
will continue to fully cooperate with the ROC and will address any findings in
accordance with their directives. Our goal remains to reach a resolution that
is in line with regulatory standards and responsibilities.

      Business Response

      Date: 06/19/2025

Thank you for forwarding the most recent
correspondence regarding complaint ID 23451320. We take these matters very
seriously and would like to provide a comprehensive response to the allegations
made, as well as reaffirm our commitment to transparency, professional
      integrity, and code compliance.
      1. Oro Valley Inspection Process
It is important to clarify that the initial inspection
conducted by the Town of Oro Valley was formally passed. We have documentation
verifying that the work completed at that time met all applicable code
requirements and was approved by the authorized inspector. Our team had no
control or influence over the town’s inspection personnel, nor any ability to
dictate or alter their process or findings.
Furthermore, while we understand the customer has raised
concerns about the conduct of the inspector, Ram Plumbing is not affiliated
with or responsible for the actions or decisions of municipal employees.
Allegations of collusion between Ram Plumbing and Town of Oro Valley inspectors
are completely unfounded, speculative, and without any supporting evidence
tying our company to any such misconduct.
      2. Daily Documentation and Work Verification
At Ram Plumbing, it is our company’s best practice that
all technicians document their work thoroughly each day before leaving the job
site. This includes taking timestamped photos and submitting notes. This documentation process ensures both accountability and quality assurance.
We have reviewed all records from the dates in question
and can confirm that the photos and notes taken by our technicians consistently
reflect workmanship completed to standard. At no point in our own photo records
captured immediately after work was performed do we observe the conditions
depicted in the customer’s later photos. This discrepancy suggests that any
damage or changes may have occurred after our team had vacated the property,
and we cannot take responsibility for site conditions that arose after our
      departure.
As for any mention of a "kinked” pipe, we were made aware
of this after second inspection from the town of Oro Valley. Despite this, we
remained cooperative and responsive throughout the process and promptly
      addressed the matter.
      3. Current Status with the Registrar of Contractors (ROC)
The most recent request from the customer was for an
official inspection through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). An
inspection with the ROC is scheduled for June 25, and we are fully cooperating
with this process as required by law. We understand this to be the appropriate
and impartial channel for evaluating both workmanship and compliance.
We believe it is important to allow this investigation to
proceed without presumption or judgment. Ram Plumbing is fully committed to
adhering to whatever findings the ROC issues and will act accordingly based on
the outcome of their formal inspection.
While we understand the customer’s frustration, we
respectfully deny any wrongdoing, collusion, or poor workmanship. We stand by
the quality of the work we performed and have extensive documentation,
including daily photos and reports, to support our position. We trust that the
ROC’s independent inspection will provide an objective and fair resolution to
      this matter.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Should any
further information or documentation be required, we are happy to provide it
      upon request.

      Business Response

      Date: 06/28/2024

      Hello,

The complaint left by Mrs. Lannon has very little to no facts for the following reasons:

We have done various jobs for Mrs. Lannon as you can see in the invoices she provided. Invoices 18085,1779,181897,and 18755 have no relevance to the complaint. Invoice 12000 for the amount of $25,225 was done and invoiced on 10-12-2019. We did not have much grade to work with due to the city tap being so shallow. We can't go below the city tap and grade has to be at least 1/8 inch per foot therefore there was minimal grade due to the circumstances we were working with. Our entire project was permitted and approved by a City Of Tucson Inspector in which we know the job was done correctly.

Being the size of the building and amount of people there using and abusing the restroom the building still were having sewer clogs. We recommended the installation of a grinder pump to help assist the solids down the sewer line. We installed the pump free of charge and even came back after the fact and installed a high water alarm so they knew when there was an issue. These grinder pumps require maintenance in which Margie has continued to neglect. She only remembers when the pump has failed then she calls us and blames our company for her neglect.

Mrs. Lannon wrote Ryan a 5 star review on July 27th of last year because we have continued to take such good care of her without charging her. Those open invoices she submitted were what we would have charged and have been zeroed out since then and definitely never paid.

We feel we have been fair these past years in continuing to go out at no charge however we feel taken advantage of now. I'm not sure what more we can do for this besides give reminders to maintenance but she never wants us around unless there is an issue. Please let us know if there is anything else we can provide or any other information you might need to resolve this issue.

      Thank You Kindly,

      Erik Carrasco
