Session fees are required to be paid in full to reserve your date with the photographer. 50% of the session fee shall be reserved as a retainer for your photo session date and is non-refundable in the case of cancelation. Requests for reschedule must be performed at least 72 hours prior to your session, otherwise a cancellation fee of the retainer value will be charged, and a new session fee must be paid to reschedule.
All sales on custom orders including digital files and physical artwork are considered final and are non-refundable.
Payment plans must be competed prior to release of any product including digital images and physical artwork.
