    Frankies Journey Home Was a Dream Thanks to ****************************** Tails I cannot say enough wonderful things about ***** and the entire Happy Tails team. My dog ******* is my heart a sweet, sensitive service dog who doesnt always warm up to people easily. But from the moment ***** arrived, it was clear he was someone special. He treated ******* like family gentle, attentive, and with so much love and patience. I received updates along the way, and ******* was clearly happy and well cared for.***** even sent me photos of ******* snuggled under a blanket, completely content. When they arrived, ******* was calm, tail-wagging, and clearly felt safe and cared for the entire trip.If youre looking for someone to transport your fur baby with true heart, professionalism, and compassion, this is your team.     We used Happytailstravel to ship our cat from ******** to ************** and we were very pleased with the door to door service as well as the professional people involved. This company takes the stress out of an already stressful situation and keeps you well informed along the way. They are worth it and you will rest assured that your pet is well cared for!

    In early 2025 I used Happy Tails to bring my two cats to live in ******. This state has very strict rules, lots of tests, paperwork, etc. and I chose Happy Tails because they have transported many pets here and they know all the steps. I was concerned because sometimes pets are denied entry for a variety of reasons. When I dropped my kitties off for their flight I was nervous but Happy Tails sent frequent updates and sent pictures along the way. Such a caring company that understood my anxiety. I worked with *** *. who never lost her good humor and professionalism. Thank you ***, you are a gem. I highly recommend Happy Tails for a 100% positive experience.

    This was an amazing and stress free experience from start to finish! Our puppy was safely delivered within a week and we were kept up to date every step of the way. The service was friendly, thorough and professional. We couldnt be happier. Highly recommend this business to take care of any relocation service you need!

    We moved our Pitbull (yes Pitbull) from Texas to Kona, HI.

    Kim walked us through the entire travel process, arranged flights/took care of paperwork needed to have an easy direct release from the airport. Diesel flew from LAX to HNL, was taken care of while waiting for his second flight to Kona. She provided us peace of mind with exact flight tracking updates of departure, arrival time and landing, along with pictures of Diesel when he landed.

    She even communicated with me at 2AM while waiting at the air cargo in LAX to make sure we were all set. If I could ever recommend a pet travel agency, it is EASILY Happy Tails. Their service, their commitment is unmatched and I will be using them for any pet travel needs I have in the future. 11/10.
    Shoutout to Kim Roland, you were absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. This a company who CARES for you and your pet. I never leave any reviews on businesses, but there was no way I could go without leaving one for this amazing company.

    We had an excellent experience with Happy Tails Travel from start to finish. We used their VIP ******************************** to pick up a little kitty at the breeder and deliver it to the new owner. *** was our contact. She was so professional and easy to work with. She made sure we had all the bases covered to ensure a smooth move for everyone involved in the transfer! The driver, *****, was also wonderful and took great care of the kitty on their nine+-hour journey. The rates were extremely competitive, and they worked with us to meet a tight deadline. We highly recommend Happy Tails Travels!

    We moved from ******** to ******* and needed assistance safely and reliably relocating our family *** pet. After lots of research online, we were lucky and very grateful to find Happy Tails Travel. Deciding on the ground transportation option, for various reasons, our assigned driver was amazing. He was very good with our pet and made us very comfortable with the entire process from the initial contact, all the wonderful updates and photos along the journey, and when we were all finally back together again. Our Pet Travel Specialist, who guided us through the process was equally wonderful and set us at ease during a stressful time. We couldnt thank them and such a service enough and are happy there are such wonderful people out there willing to do this kind of work for those of us who care so much for our pets, who are such an important part of our families.

    Happy tails was amazing in helping me transport my dog from AZ to **. He is a large dog and was unable to fly. Our travel coordinator, ******** was very responsive and flexible with last minute travel plans. Our driver, ******* was great with our dog during the drive, and keep us updated with pictures/texts at each location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    *** and Happy Tails helped our family move Jax and **** to ****** and then back again over a two-year period. Kims knowledge of the many many requirements was critical to all the steps falling into place for their safe travel. She helped ensure appropriate health records were obtained, appropriate-sized crates were purchased, and specific timelines were met. There were so many logistical pieces, but she coordinated and helped us meet them all. Upon the dogs recent return to mainland, *** arranged a driver to transport them from LA to ********, ****, during a winter storm. The trip took three days, but **** the driver/caretaker was perfect, providing updates and photos throughout the trip to keep all of us following their trip at ease. They were spoiled and loved and that helped all of our nerves about their confusion with what might be happening as they were apart from family. We would 100% recommend this company for pet travel needs.
