    We moved our Pitbull (yes Pitbull) from Texas to Kona, HI. Kim walked us through the entire travel process, arranged flights/took care of paperwork needed to have an easy direct release from the airport. Diesel flew from LAX to HNL, was taken care of while waiting for his second flight to Kona. She provided us peace of mind with exact flight tracking updates of departure, arrival time and landing, along with pictures of Diesel when he landed. She even communicated with me at 2AM while waiting at the air cargo in LAX to make sure we were all set. If I could ever recommend a pet travel agency, it is EASILY Happy Tails. Their service, their commitment is unmatched and I will be using them for any pet travel needs I have in the future. 11/10. Shoutout to Kim Roland, you were absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. This a company who CARES for you and your pet. I never leave any reviews on businesses, but there was no way I could go without leaving one for this amazing company.

    We had an excellent experience with Happy Tails Travel from start to finish. We used their VIP ******************************** to pick up a little kitty at the breeder and deliver it to the new owner. *** was our contact. She was so professional and easy to work with. She made sure we had all the bases covered to ensure a smooth move for everyone involved in the transfer! The driver, *****, was also wonderful and took great care of the kitty on their nine+-hour journey. The rates were extremely competitive, and they worked with us to meet a tight deadline. We highly recommend Happy Tails Travels!

    We moved from ******** to ******* and needed assistance safely and reliably relocating our family *** pet. After lots of research online, we were lucky and very grateful to find Happy Tails Travel. Deciding on the ground transportation option, for various reasons, our assigned driver was amazing. He was very good with our pet and made us very comfortable with the entire process from the initial contact, all the wonderful updates and photos along the journey, and when we were all finally back together again. Our Pet Travel Specialist, who guided us through the process was equally wonderful and set us at ease during a stressful time. We couldnt thank them and such a service enough and are happy there are such wonderful people out there willing to do this kind of work for those of us who care so much for our pets, who are such an important part of our families.

    Happy tails was amazing in helping me transport my dog from AZ to **. He is a large dog and was unable to fly. Our travel coordinator, ******** was very responsive and flexible with last minute travel plans. Our driver, ******* was great with our dog during the drive, and keep us updated with pictures/texts at each location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    *** and Happy Tails helped our family move Jax and **** to ****** and then back again over a two-year period. Kims knowledge of the many many requirements was critical to all the steps falling into place for their safe travel. She helped ensure appropriate health records were obtained, appropriate-sized crates were purchased, and specific timelines were met. There were so many logistical pieces, but she coordinated and helped us meet them all. Upon the dogs recent return to mainland, *** arranged a driver to transport them from LA to ********, ****, during a winter storm. The trip took three days, but **** the driver/caretaker was perfect, providing updates and photos throughout the trip to keep all of us following their trip at ease. They were spoiled and loved and that helped all of our nerves about their confusion with what might be happening as they were apart from family. We would 100% recommend this company for pet travel needs.

    We just had a terrific experience with this company. We acquired a 3 year old dog from ****** parents in ******** and needed him to be transported to *************. The 659 mile trip each way was not one we wanted to make! I learned about Happy Trails by doing online research. The company was very helpful in explaining how their service would work and pricing. While it was pricey, the services provided were well worth it. Our two drivers, ****** and ****, were very communicative many pictures throughout the day and reports about how our pup was doing. After 10 or 11 hours the drivers asked if an overnight might be a good idea (at no cost to us.). We agreed. On arrival at our home the next morning our new dog was happy and energetic. And we were rested and able to concentrate on him since we were not tired out by a 1300 mile round trip.

    After much research, I selected Happy Trails Travel for my pet ground transport needs. We needed to get our dog *** from ******* to ************** - and as soon as possible for health reasons.From the moment that I was connected with my pet travel specialist, ********, she was professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I was promptly assigned a driver and trip plan. Our ******, *****, immediately made both ************ feel comfortable and ready for her adventure.During the trip, ***** stayed in regular contact and furnished wonderful photographs. I never had a moment of doubt or worry - I knew *** was in excellent care. The choice to go with Happy Trails has been one of my best decisions ever. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and helped to make a difficult time much easier. Excellent communication, professional experience, and friendly service. I highly recommend Happy Trails Travels!

    We were terrified to send our dogs away with strangers, but from the moment we met **** we knew our babies would be in good hands. Our pups loved her, The communication was wonderful. I would definitely use Happy Tails Travel again. Highly recommend!
