In addition to full-service interior and exterior residential and commercial painting, R&D Paint Works has expertise in: Interior and Exterior Wood Finishes (Stains, Sealers, Oils and Treatments), Decorative Painting, Faux Finishes, Glazes; Specialized Industrial and Commercial Coatings and Adhesives; Drywall Repair and Texture Finishes; Metal Patinas, Gold/Silver Leaf, Gilding, Specialty Sealers; Non-Acid Concrete Staining, Concrete Epoxies, Concrete Sealing and Waterproofing; Outdoor Sports Coatings (Basketball, Tennis, Pickleball); Pool Deck recoating; Professional Pressure Washing; Stucco Repair and Texture Finishes; Construction Cleaning (During and After), Detail Cleaning, and Specialty Wall Covering/Wall Fabric Installation and Repair. We are Aerial Lift Certified. We do not mark up materials. Contractor and volume discounts are passed on to our customers. We always provide free written estimates, and 10% discounts on labor for seniors (60 yrs and older) and the military (active/reserve/retired w/military ID). For large residential and commercial jobs, if a certificate of insurance is requested or required, we can have one mailed or faxed directly from our carrier.
