    I bought a Dodge ram in 2018 from Jim click went in to get service and the service gentleman named ************************* was extremely rude basically called me a liar and when I prove to him that he was in the wrong he got very aggressive to the point where I felt threatened physically from him at that point I just wanted out of there after a half hour I finally received my truck and before I left **** had to put a sarcastic comment as I was walking out the door I could not believe it when I called to complain a gentleman of **** can't remember last name who is in charge of Dodge service i left a message for him they told me he would call back 5 to 10 minutes .two days later no call will never ever go back there stay clear . Also I felt it was funny that I never got a survey sent to me for the service I guess they just send those to you if they can do a good job..

    I agree with the other three comments. I bought a fully loaded Ram 1500 pickup -- cost a small fortune. The Uconnect system sometimes connects immediately, sometimes after several minutes and sometimes not at all. The Dealer acknowledges that this is abnormal, but have not fixed the problem. I have had this issue since receiving the vehicle in January. It is now approaching the end of April. They have apparently given up on fixing the problem, but won't acknowledge it. Do NOT buy a vehicle from Jim Click!

    I usually do not post nothing but Im extremely upset that a dealership wouldnt tell you that they sold a truck a Ram 1500 3.0 turbo diesel with a recall I use my truck for work every day this is my work truck Ive been told that my credit would be ruined if I dont pay on it but then I call ram on my recall that could get me into a deadly situation they still say we can not fix it till it breaks Im on the highway 90% of the day so I have explained that and they tell me that i have to drive it till it breaks and the part they would replace the recall with is the someone that its in there now and it seems to be that no one else cares not the bank not the dealer so Im just writing this is annoying happens to me on the road I hold Jim click dodge for selling me a recall truck to begin with. This should have not been sold to me I went back and they told me they had 2 more in stock they could not sell do to the issue, now Im stuck scare to drive it stopped paying it, and all I want is something resolved this is not fair to the consumer. How could they get away with doing business like this. I have had 2 stalls on highways I AutoZone check engine light tell me its my fuel management system took it in and dealership said that they have no time to schedule a appointment and they can look at it but still no resolution knowing the recall.

    How do I leave *********** ****************** is anything but. They've had my Ram **** for 2 months and cannot even confirm the issue or that they even began working on it. After having it for a week, I was notified that they forgot that they had it. And it's been h*** just getting someone on the phone. And when someone does answer, the staff just blame each other and make up excuses Then they tell me they can only provide the loaner that is in the warranty for 5 days. This place is a bad joke.

    I brought my PT Crusker in for a convertible top repair back on May 22, 2023. ************* Chrysler Plymouth kept my car for 9 days before contacting me that the part needed could not be obtained and that once the small part came i, it would cost anothe $5,600 to replace a simple hydraulic line to the convertible lift mechanism. I tried at least 3 times to contact their service department to get an up date status report and left seveal voice mail messages, none were ever returned . I finally went back into the dealership only to find my service advisor had taken a 3 day holiday weekend and no one else therre could help me. The dealership finally returned my call and afyrt being in a rental car for 9 daus @ $40 a day, they give me this bad news. W My question is : " Why couldn't they have told me this the day I brought my car in and saved me $236 in car rental fees ? " My resolution is an appology for this poor service and a check to cover my rental car expenses". ******************************

    If I could give this place a negative star I would the service department should be retrained no one there knows what is going on and every time they fix something on it they leave parts off and i have to go back so they can put all the parts back on and half the time they dont even put them on correctly and every time I get it back something else goes wrong and can't ever get ahold of anyone then when they do call you back they can't help and them fixing something is when the check engine light is on they clear the codes and say it just needed a update then as soon as I drive off it comes back on and im still having problems with my new 2018 journey I would never buy or recommend this place to anyone
