"Dont buy from this location horrible customer service REMOVEDis incompetent should be working fast food instead , purchased a $75,000 2026 Truck , 12/31/25 bought at complete MSRP just ask for a full bed liner to close deal and gave REMOVEDcopy of all details from their own service REMOVED, truck was left so at dealer for beds liner to be installed, 11days passed no calll or any updates From REMOVEDafter I text him and he mentioned he forgot to turn in copy of bed liner and that he had lost it , so someone in management decided to add wrong liner instead ordering of a full liner they ordered 1/2 liner , I called immediately and told them it was incorrect, after multiple calls and visits to dealer I was giving to go around treatment And finally told on 01/30/26 that because I gave them a bad review they will not do anything else for me , all to save $200 if that and now I will inform all the public as such horrible experience after purchasing 3 trucks there in the past 6 yrs spending over $200,000 and to mention its in my contract that bedliner to be installed, my lawyer is next to contact dealer, its not the money its the principle of customer service after someone makes a high ticket purchase and no customer service in return"
