I moved from Arizona to Maryland in June of 2023. There were a ton of my things broken and things were missing. In addition, I was charged $500 for a Uhaul on delivery day, after the owner said the large semi couldn't get into the parking lot of my apartment. The truck did back in to the parking lot without issue, and the Uhaul was never picked up or used. As of August 2nd, I still have not received a refund for the $500, or payment for any damages.

Lyne repeatedly procrastinated in her responses about the damages, stating that the $2,000 Onyx lamp from the Tucson Gem Show was not their fault (it broke and is not repairable or replaceable). Of course, they were the ones to "pack" it, and it is their responsibility. She also said that they were only liable for .60/pound as I didn't buy extended coverage (she never mentioned this in her sales pitch, stating they were "fully insured up to $100,000"). Even still, I have not received a single penny for the damages, even at .60/pound.

It's now been three weeks since our last email correspondence, when she asked if I had time to talk. I don't need to talk to her, I need the damages to be paid for and the $500 to be refunded. I emailed her that request, and have heard nothing back. She clearly has no intention of paying for ANYTHING, and has now stolen my money.

If anyone reads about the poor handling of items, broken things not being paid for, bad customer service, it is all true! This is not the first time they are being complained about, and the local news has done at least two stories to warn the community. I wish I had realized before being scammed by them.

The move was May 27th. When I called to schedule I asked if they could handle moving 2 gun safes, a hot tub, and a large display sign and if they had the proper equipment. I was told no problem they do it all the time. Troy said they had safe dollies and a hot tub dolly. That was what I needed, so I hired them. When they moved all of my items they had none of the proper equipment. Just a regular dolly and a pry bar to lift heavier things. They did not wrap anything. They moved my hot tub using a pallet jack and nothing else. They scraped the side of my house and the hot tub. They flipped it on its side to load it, the side panels all popped out. All the corners of the hot tub are damaged. It was barely a year old. I have not hooked it up yet as I am waiting for a pad to be poured. I do not know if there is more damage to the plumbing inside as well. The gun safes weren't wrapped and did not use a safe dolly as stated. Once in the truck, they tied them up against the rails. Whatever was on the rails had scraped and rubbed off on the front of my safe and it will not come off. It ruined the finish. At the new house, the truck driver hit my house with the liftgate of the truck and put a gouge in the wall. When they were moving the display sign into my garage they repeatedly hit the trimming, broke the corner of the sign and damaged the trim around my garage door. During the entire move the movers were arguing with each other and not very professional. I called and talked to the owners about my concerns and the damages as things were getting moved. After it was done I called as well and was told that they would send out somebody to inspect the damages and start a clean but I have gotten nothing but the runaround from them since I have called and emailed multiple times and I'm always told that someone will be out "next week". It has been over 2 months and I feel they have just blown me off now. I can't believe I paid money to have all of my things damaged.
