    Rat infested storage building. Stored household items for 6 months, return to get my items and everything was covered in rat poop and pee. Had to come back with face mask to get things that were in totes, everything else had to be thrown away.

    Rented online unit A07 on Sept 4 2024 around 8pm. Unloaded my things on Sept 5, 2024 during morning hours.
    The condition of the building inside did not match what the website had said it was.
    1. Website said climate controlled; it is not.
    2. Website said on-site staff; none.
    3. Website said clean environment; very dirty in halls.
    4. Website said secure gate lock; gates are wide open with no security code or locked gates.

    When I called and talked to a manager for Flagstaff, she was defensive and cut me off many times. She said if dissatisfied I had one day to vacate (or 3-4 hours) for full refund. This is unreasonable given the time I called and the closing of other storage rental places. She said this place is not like other rental places and not to compare.

    I wish a full refund and 24 hours to vacate.
