Refund and Exchange Policy

While we aim to ensure our clients are leaving our showrooms with products that meet their needs, returns are inevitable.  Our return policy balances customer security and the economic cost of returns. Our policy follows standard industry best practices, is fair, transparent, and allows us to keep your prices as low as possible.

• Custom manufactured products and custom ordered products are not returnable to our showroom.  We can work with the manufacturer to see if the manufacturer will take the return, but the client would need to pay return freight, the manufacturer's restocking fee, and a 10% order cancellation fee to cover our administrative costs.

• Batteries are not returnable because we cannot guarantee the safety or life of the battery once it has left our custody.  If a customer improperly handles, stores, charges, or uses the battery it could damage the battery and even make the battery unsafe for future use.

• Bath aids, cushions, and lift chairs are non-returnable due to sanitation concerns.
For all other items:

• Returned within 7 days, in NEW condition, and can be sold as NEW
   •20% restocking fee

• No returns are accepted after 7 days

Please note that:

The client is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our showroom.  If purchased in the original packaging, the item must be returned in the original packaging.  The item must be in new, unused condition. Indications of use (cannot be sold as NEW) include, but are not limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirty tires, pet hair or other household dirt, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, or scratched remotes.  All accessories and chargers included with the product must be returned.

Delivery service fees and other services are not refundable.

Mobility Plus reserves the right to refuse any product and or service for return. If given, refunds will be processed within 14 days and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please ask for details.
