There is no cost for my services in helping you navigate Medicare. All costs that are involved with your plan are through the carriers, CMS or centers for Medicare and Medicaid services and through social security. Therefore, a refund is not applicable.
Any exchanges of a plan would have to fall into an election period where changes to a plan can take place. It is common for someone to want to change to a different plan at some point during their Medicare years.
Plans are thoroughly examined with the client to make sure they are comfortable and have the right plan before moving forward to sign up.
