    I went in to get. A duplicate copy of my motorcycle key. Was never advised that there is no guarantee after cutting the key. The employee told me after he had cut I. I went home to try my key and it didn't work. I called ahead of time and explained my situation before I committed. They said oh yeah we can do it. Went back after the employee had told me to bring the motorcycle in if it didn't work. I went back and was told they can't do anything for me because I furnished the blank key that I paid 70 dollar for plus the 99 dollars for their services. Better communication would have been nice I could have gone somewhere else now I'm out 170 dollars.

    I spoke to both technicians working that day and was told that customer was informed that keys purchased at another location could not be guaranteed. Moreover, the customer only later (after the key didn't work) informed staff that the original key was damaged and held by glue. This alone would cause the cutting of the key to fail. Only since our staff failed to get the required signature of our release stating that the key was not guaranteed we will refund customer's cost.
