    This internet provider absolutely sucks!!! I got a bill once that was for abut 30 dollars. 10 dollars more then what I had been paying. So I called and the said it was a reconnect fee because I was restarting service with them and I said woah woah woah wait a min I didnt restart anything. I asked a month ago for you guys to turn my service off and you did not I am not paying to keep something on that you guys CHOSE to leave on. So sure enough she went though everything and removed the 10 dollars. Now fast forward to June 18th 2023. My internet stopped working. Knowing the are closed on the weekend I called them on the 19th a Monday in which they are normally open and received no word they were gonna be closed. It rung a few times and then voicemail picked up and in this voicemail it says if you are calling after hours please leave a message and you message will be forwarded to an after hours technician however, there is no beep or no voice that says you may begin recording your message so god knows if anything Im saying is getting recorded. Then I received a text message and sure enough she says that the access points on my building are giving them an error so a programmer was supposed to look into it.12 hours passed and its still not working.2 full days later and its still not working. Fast forward to July 2 and no surprise here its still not working. They claim that they had it back online and it went back offline again but I told her I got pictures that are dated and time stamped to prove that is a bunch of ******** too and you would think that they would stay in touch over and provide excellent customer service by calling and saying ok we did this can see if its working yet or give me a timeframe for repair or something but no hardly a word about a **** thing. Oh wait I got a 20 credit applied but I still have no service 2 WEEKS later. Itll be time to pay again by the time the get their s*** in gear.
