    Jeff w/ air Pros charged 199.00 - said some part wasn’t working.Said it may or may not work? It’s 91 in here right now @ & climbing as he he’s leaving. .
    Jeff then said it may need a new motor. They refurbished the unit 2023 w/ new motor. . He said didn’t refurbish it- just installed a 2015 used as is. Then he said it was because the thermostat was on an outside wall- they put it on the wall. He said he would move it for a fee. Then he said I used the wrong filter. The exact ones he told me to buy from Ace. I asked to see the correct filters. He said he had some in his truck @ he would give me one. Then he said he didnt have any & told me to ask Ace hardware. He told me the $200 fix might not work, I asked if it doesn’t work, will they apply the money towards the correct fix. He said no because it would need the part anyway? Diego is the one that "refurbished" unit @ installed it himself.
    . He came back yesterday @ 8:30. Told me he thinks the thermostat is in the wrong place. He said he would move it at no charge but he wouldn’t go to the trouble of moving the wire in the wall. He said it would be “unsightly” but he’d run wire across front of kitchen wall & hall way. He went out to his truck- returned to say he didn’t have any wire & had to get some! I told him I have a 3:30 app so I will need to get ready no later than 2 leaving by 3. He told me he will be back by noon. He never showed up. It’s still over 100 in here with three fans running @ all window double covered with full black out thermal vinyl/ shutters & blankets taped to walls. He showed up today while I was out & left msg.
    He fixed it. How? He couldn’t get inside my home? No thermostat moved. Arriving home it was 85 & now 95. His msg also suggested I need to add more awning & replace all windows @ new roof. My roof was replaced 2 wks ago- state of the art right vertices 50 ur warranty.
