  I had such a wonderful experience with the Resilience Developers team from start to finish! * provided a free estimate, and the price was so reasonable. I had gotten several estimates, and the one from Resilience Developers was the most fair by far.*****, ****** and *****-***** came over to do the drywall repair, and they were great! They were hardworking, kind, and professional. They finished the job quickly, and I'm very pleased with how it turned out.I would highly recommend the Resilience Developers team for any repairs you need around your home. They'll definitely be my first recommendation to any of my friends or family members who ask.THANK YOU!

  I wish I had found Resilience Developers sooner! They are the masters of meticulous work and customer care! They are diligent in reminding me of the details of my projects, both small and large, and they check in with me when they are on their way, never more than a few minutes late. The workmanship is excellent and they always follow up to make sure Im happy. What more could one ask for?

  My boyfriend and I had Resilience Developers repair our balcony and paint the entire trim of the roof of our 2 story house. They did an excellent job. They knew exactly what they were doing, worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very nice to talk to. We will call them first for any job on the house we have in the future.

  The wood trim on my 2-story house needed paint and repairs. Resilience did a fine job. The materials were high-quality, the workers were friendly, courteous, and competent, and clean-up was thorough. The work was completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use Resilience in the future.

  Finally an honest contractor that returns your call! That in itself is rare these days. I was wanting to do some renovations to my bathrooms that still had all the original vanities and cheap contractor grade shower/tub fixtures and hardware. I met the with owner of Resilience Developers LLC who spent plenty of time going over the bathrooms with me, offering suggestions and input. He was personable and friendly and as other reviews mentioned, not at all pushy. The quote I received was extremely fair for the work that needed to be done, as well. I decided to go with RD LLC right after because I was so impressed with them.The project was schedule to begin within a couple of weeks. The team arrived on the first day as scheduled and got to work immediately. There was a few days I was home during renovations and let me tell you, these guys worked hard and didn't waste any time. They always cleaned up the place at the end of the day and I could see steady progress every day when I got off of work, which was great to see! Part of the scope of work involved replacing old fiberglass tub/shower combo kits with custom tiled showers, both which turned out just gorgeous!! They really understood my vision and did everything they could to make that happen, while still being budget conscious which I really appreciated.Another thing I really liked was Resilience Developers LLC's effort to reuse and recycle materials whenever possible. They made sure my old vanities, medicine cabinets and mirrors were all donated to non-profit organizations that could use them so they didn't end up in the landfill. I am so happy with the pricing, sustainability minded approach and quality of work they did that I am already trying to decide what job I'd like to hire them for to do next. 10/10 Highly Recommend !

  The field crew from Resilience Developers that worked to replace exterior trim and painting at my residence did an outstanding job. They were professional and courteous, and I especially liked their quality and attention to detail. They left the project very tidy and clean. Be sure to offer them refreshments, they were beyond thankful for them as they were sweating out in the heat and working hard long days. Also, *** got me a quick and reasonable estimate compared to the two others I received and once I accepted, they scheduled the work quickly. I am glad I found this company and will absolutely be going to them for any future needs.

  While I've only so far worked with *** and his team in the beginning stages of my project, I did want to write a review to let those who are environmentally minded know that this wonderful team exists.I own an Airbnb. Competition is getting harder and profit is getting slimmer. *** came out to my property and gave me a *lot* of ideas that would reuse (not throw away) the things I already had to make the yard much more beautiful. He's not an extremist--if you have to buy new, you have to buy new--but he does give support, and a lot of knowledge, and ideas, for whatever degree of reuse/recycle you choose. For somebody like me who cares about the wasting of so much perfectly good materials in our society, this really matters.While some of the other landscaping companies were clearly indignant that I was wasting their time asking them to do a yard that wasn't attached to a mansion in the Foothills, *** was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. His company is set apart in it's emphasis about reusing, carbon footprint, and the environment.Just as important as all that, they are willing to come out for even just an hour or two to teach you how to do the landscaping work. So, to help you get the first layer of a retaining wall right, and then let you do the rest on your own. Or to do the framework for a pergola, but let you do the easier top parts. For those of us who want to DIY buy don't have the knowledge, this is an incredible option.I will write an update when our project is complete, but for now I really wanted to highlight that this company and its ideas for reuse/recycling exist.
