Avoid Furniture Creations in ****** for custom projects. I paid $2,780 for double doors that took two months to arrive, only to find their quality mediocre. Post-installation, the doors wouldnt close right due to poorly installed screws affecting the latch, requiring excessive force to operate. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, complete with photos and a video of the issue, my requests for rectification have been blatantly ignored. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and follow-up service is not only disappointing but starkly unprofessional.

We had been in business for more than 34 years attending ****** and surroundings, building custom pieces for all our customers needs and never had a customer complaining but not giving us the opportunity in a timely manner to resolve this matter. In responding to this review/ complaint we need to consider the facts that ********************** is not mentioning or misrepresenting.*These doors were contracted by ****************** (********************** partner) on 08/02/2023, and we told him at that time that it would take up to 8 weeks for us to deliver.*On September 26, 2023 we emailed ******************, sending him the colors of the hardware we could use, so he could buy the lockset needed for the door.*We were in contact with ****************** via email and phone on 09/27, 09/28 about the hardware.*Also on October 30th and 31st we contacted ****************** to schedule the delivery, and he gave us all the information for ********************** since he would be out of town, so we can contact him and install the door, that was done on 11/02/2023, 5 months ago.*After we installed the door ****************** called us in late November to say that he loved the door, after he came back from a trip.*For 5 months we never heard of any problems with the door until Friday 03/15/2024 late afternoon when ********************** left a message on our answering machine saying that he had issues with the door.*On 03/18/24 in the morning I responded with a call to establish what issues he had and he told me that the door was not closing properly, so I asked him to send me pictures for me to assess what needs to be done.*3/19/2024 ******, the office manager called him to ask for the pictures since we never received them and she left a voicemail. ********************** called back and said he will take the pictures and send them to us, in the conversation ****** asked him to set up an appointment for us to have there a crew to resolve any issues after we received and evaluated those pictures but he did not wanted to do it, he stated also that he tried to fix it himself but could not do it, he told ****** that he wanted for me to go and inspected first.*03/20/2024 we received the pictures as text messages, the pictures came to an office cell phone that is managed by ******, she called him back to let him know that we did receive them and she will show them to me, she again let him know that she could schedule the crew so he did not have to wait for any inspection by me. I was out of the office at that time.*03/21/2024 ********************** followed up with another text message.*03/22/2024 ****** called back Friday afternoon and left him a message, on the same day he called and ****** apologized because she did not see his message and didn't have a chance to speak with me to schedule the inspection. He wanted that done before the crew went out.*03/25/2024 ********************** called early in the morning to talk with me, but I was not at the office and at a customer's home. ****** told him again that she would let me know, but again she asked him to set a repair appointment and he blatantly refused and requested the inspection first. ******* was out of the office sick from 03/25/2024 afternoon till 03/28/2024 in the morning, the text message with a threat that ********************** sent on the 27th was not noticed until this morning, and when we texted him back he didnt answer until past 1 PM saying that do not bother he contacted his contractor to fix it.Conclusion on this unreasonable complaint and Threat: 1) We didnt install the doors 2 or 3 weeks ago but 5 months ago. 2) He complained a week ago and we were in constant contact with him trying to send the crew. 3) He stated that he tried to fix it himself previously and couldn't, he called us after the fact. 4) He did not give us the opportunity to try to resolve his issue with adequate time and refused to have the crew try to help solve this matter right away.5) The pictures that he provided shows that he had problems with the lock set per se , not the door we built and installed, but he used it for 5 months and never complained.6) We have pictures from when we installed this door, as well as logs with emails, phone calls and text messages.7) The text message that he sent us 03/27/2024 was a threat and he told us that if we did not attend to what he wanted??? He would ruin our reputation with bad reviews, that he immediately started to do that day, I think he should review the *** 13-2916
