  Plumber called Bingham before I realized what was going on my cabinets were being torn apart all because my garbage disposal had a leak. I was tag teamed and this has now become a nightmare. Be aware these guys are con artists. Stay far, far, away and that goes for there ***** ****** restoration. My kitchen is torn apart and all cabinets are broken don't know if my new dishwasher is working.

  The worst service ever. They gave a verbal estimate and charged thousands of dollars more. They don't even deserve one star. Customers need to stay away from this horrible company. All they did was put two 20 x 30 tartps and 40 sand bags on my roof after wind blew half my roof off. They charged around $4,700 for this service.They did not return phone calls.They nagged my insurance company for more money.They threatened to *** when we did not pay right away.They do not care.

  I would not go with Bingham Restoration, if you do not want your time to be wasted. They come talk to you all your nice, but they do not care. They come take a look at your house, and then come dry out your house. When it comes to time remodeling the damaged in terms of reconstructing what was damaged, they say like they are two months behind, and it is not something they tell you ahead of time when you start with them. They are also not even two months behind, while they are two months behind. Most of the time, you end up going with someone else for the remodeling or reconstructing, so going with them in the first place is useless because any other restoration company can dry out your house and do **************** than them. I WAS DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE. Especially *********************** do so much talking more than actually working, all he does is ignore customers calls and only answers when you use another phone number he is not aware of. Based on the service he provided, I believe he should be fired if he is the problem. I was disgusted by their service.

  My water heater started leaking and *********** said I had to have someone assess the damage and they called Bingham Restoration to give me a price. I was stupid enough to think they knew what they were doing and okayed the work to be done by them. They cut holes in the wall in a bedroom saying if they didn't I would have mold. I later found out that all I needed to do was have the walls dried. Mold takes at least a month to form if not dried right away. Cost me $1000.00 for my stupidity.

  This company is horrible! They will scam you any way they can, tell you that your home passes mold tests when it does not, and take hours upon hours to do work that should never have been done to begin with! If you have a conscience, never ever utilize this company. Their relationship with Meritage homes causes them to lie and deceive you and try and make Meritage happy to continue keeping their business. Every other company I called reviewed the results as failures, but to "their standards" my home passes with Chaetomium score of 48 and 640 spores per cubic foot sounds ridiculous. They left and their machine was spilling water all over my floor and I had to clean it up multiple times before I saw they did not connect it correctly and I had to do that even when it was not my job. I have had zero use of my kitchen for over 3 weeks now because of shady and deceptive practices by these crooks!

  Horrible, unless what youre looking for is elder abuse. These guys showed up unexpected and unrequested (called by a guy from *********** there to repair a small, legitimate plumbing issue) and tried to terrify and pressure my elderly mom to fix a problem that didnt exist.If it wasn't for us finding this all very suspect, she would have had her bedroom and bathroom taken over by strangers for 4-5 days to knock down walls to do extensive and expensive work that wasnt needed.Thankfully a very experienced and trustworthy expert was brought in for a 2nd opinion and found absolutely no sign of the water damage that *******, from Bingham, claimed was a clear and immediate danger to moms life.Thankfully she cancelled any work before it was done, but weve seen other negative experiences from this from this company and *********** (visit the reviews on their Bingham Restoration FB page, Yelp and BBB). If they try to send my mom a bill for nothing but scaring her and giving her an awful few days (as they appear to have done with others), we will be passing it on to her attorney.
