Following is a copy of the email sent to Palo Verde Electric on or about August 2, 2022: Good morning, We've received no response to our email of December 21, 2021 (see below). We've made additional attempts to communicate (via ************) regarding status as follows: 4/14/22 - text message; 4/21/22 - telephone call, left voice message; 7/12/22 - text message; and 7/22/22 - telephone call, left voice message. To date, no response has been received to any of our inquires. We are desirous of having the permitting completed for our property. Your April 7, 2021, email indicated an inspection would be occuring. The City of Tucson website indicates no inspection has been completed. Is an inspection needed? We believe we have acted in good faith in attempting to make contact and resolve the situation. We don't know what else to do at this point. If we don't get the situation resolved, we will be required to pursue more formal resolution. We are aware any formal complaint must be made within two (2) years. The two year anniversary is approaching. Please advise at your earliest convenience. Let's get this matter resolved without further delay.
