In July 19th, 2023 of this year Dentist ***** *** botched a crown I had at this dentist. I have attached the record of that visit. They hit the nerve. I went back in October to get their mistake fixed as I could no longer tolerate the pain and the suggested remedies did not work. I attached the record of that visit also. ***** *** admitted they had hit the nerve when they put in the crown. They quoted me $3,200 to do the root canal to fix their mistake. I was upset and said that they should at least offer a discount for fixing their mistake. Things escalated and they said they would refund me for the crown and discharge me as a patient. All I had to do to get the refund is sign a legal waiver. It would be ready in the next few days and I could pick up a check then. This is what the woman who spoke to me said. That I would sign a waiver and receive the refund check then. They said they would refund me $1,180 for the crown and $152 for 'dental services'. I went in and signed their settlement document which I retained a copy of and have attached. When I asked for the check they NOW said they would send it in 3-4 weeks. I would get it in the mail. This was on November 2nd. It's now December 9th and I still don't have this refund. I contacted them via my Smile Generation chart and there was no response. I want the refund that was promised to me for the botched crown and dental services.
