    I Christine Nichols went into affordable dentures in Feb 2022. Then I received an assessment on my mouth and what procedures needed to be done to get the top of line dentures. I started the process in March of 2022 roughly. I started with teeth being pulled. Once teeth pulled you wait a year to get temporary dentures and have to wear those for so long then you get the final pair. Well here's the problem I still haven't received my final pair with COVID hitting and everything else happening my parents got sick I missed some appts I lost my other half to suicide. I've attempted to call and get in to get my final pair . ( Mind you the bill was paid all up front because that's what they require so I paid to the time of about 7,000 dollars and still haven't received my final product either I want the monies back or my fitting for my final pair and they can't be bothered with me I called corporate and was going to go to the north store they have since closed down. Please this was a birthday gift and yes I missed some appts but don't ignore me because I called repeatedly and the receptionist young girl with a lot of tattoos doesn't give messages and she even lied aboute calling in. So please can someone help me with this next stop is the state dental board . Oh and btw the dentist can't be bothered but when he wants your monies he will drop what he's doing to talk on phone all day. It once paid it's a wrap he can't be bothered . The temp set I have in has warranty and one of the teeth fell out but they won't answer my phone so PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. The office has all my paperwork as well. Also the said that they didn't have phone number for me yes one of my numbers was changed but the house number has been the same for 15 years so that's an excuse.     When the pandemic hit I came into some money and needed to get my teeth fixed so I went to Affordable dentures and implants.I paid them just under $6000 for a full top denture and a partial bottom denture. I received my temporary set and one adjustment and unfortunately I was detained by the state of Arizona while fighting my case. I was unable to make appointments or even call the business to make them aware. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund of the unused balance. why wouldn't I just go in a get the denture set I paid for??? Because my partial bottom denture originally didn't have the metal anchors so I had to wait for them to fix those and when I got them I wore them the first day and when I removed them that night it was stuck. The metal anchors actually dug in my teeth and was very painful even after removing so i never wore the bottom. While away I was unable to receive dental care and have lost most remaining teeth on the bottom so now I would need a full bottom denture and do not have the funds to cover the additional cost so I would like a refund to find a solution within those means. Every time I call the phone number for the office I am routed to an appointment line. After explaining why I'm calling, the representative tells me that they left a message with the office and they will be in touch in a couple days. After not receiving a response for the forth week/call in a row and Asked to speak with a manager, I was then told that my ticket was escalated to the customer support team and they would be in contact with me within 48 business hours. That was a week and a half ago with no response whats so ever. I just want the remaining balance refunded to me so I can get my teeth fixed elsewhere. The couple teeth I have on the bottom are really bad I am constantly in pain. Please help me get to the bottom of this.
