    *** was referred to me through evolve. He was fine in the beginning. But by almost a year in he texted me a complaint by a guest that outside area had not been cleaned. I let it go since this was the first incident. A month later I went to the property to find my outdoor chairs unusable. We had had guests the prior weekend who left a review commenting on these chairs. 2 months later we have a guest stay that gets a full cleaning refund due to the poor quality of work. I ask ***, the owner to refund us the clean, he refused. In addition, he bought and installed a code lock for our front door which we paid for. He refuses to give us access! Or a refund! He says that he has given me the info in the lock, but all of our communication has been through text and there was no info on the lock. Beware!

    *****, I have thoroughly investigated this situation. I have received all the correspondence and text messages between you and ***. First, let me address the changing of the lock. This took place November 7, 2022. I have the text from ***, sent on November 10th providing you the codes, as well as a PDF with instructions. *** replaced the door lock to save you money instead of calling a locksmith. *** also helped you get reimbursed from Evolve Vacation Rentals for the loss of the key and the damage done to your house that the renters did after having a party and losing the key. Evolve also paid you back for the additional expenses and cleaning fee related to this event. *** did his best to ensure that your house was back up and rentable after this unfortunate situation occurred. Second, you currently have a **** star rating with Evolve vacation rentals. The two complaints you recieved on your property have nothing to do with the cleaning or any matter that we attend to within our scope of work. The two complaints have to do with checking people's ID's prior to check in (which we legally cannot do as it is an invasion of privacy) and the second complaint had to do with the outdoor chairs being old and broken. There has not been a complaint in regards to cleaning. Lastly, after reviewing all communication between you and ***, he was in no way unprofessional. He did mention that there were some upgrades that could be done to your home to get better reviews and stop some of the complaints from happening on Monday August 28th. At that time, he also resent the codes to you. I am more than happy to provide any and all text messages to show this information above is factual. Thank you, ***************************
