      Unfortunately the service has changed and now its all about the money. I missed a dental cleaning appointment and the fee was $200.00 (Pima Pediatics Dentistry) out of pocket (loyal client 8years) Im not sure what world they Iive in but some times we cant control the inevitable, first time no call no show. Save your self the headache and money! Aside from the horrible phone etiquete, they really have no genuine community culture or empathy. Please please do your research unfortunately private practice such as this one can take advantage of the client. I was also charge this last June 2022 a $200.00 closing office fee for my daughters procedure aside from the actual procedure fees and anesthesia fees. I was told it was due to them closing t the office losing patients, mind you we were NOT the only ones having a procedure that morning. Ive never heard of such thing but unfortunately paid anyway. I value all health workers knowledge and time but I have never experienced such and ultimately very disappointed. I hope this brings awareness.
