      Service is awful, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. 3 hours later I'm still waiting. Missed an appointment I had scheduled later that day.

      I brought in my Defender to have paint protection film installed on the rear bumper. Before it was installed the manager and I looked over the area and discussed options and what to expect (there was no damage). When it was completed and we both checked the results I pointed out a bubble and was told it should disappear, just make sure it gets "lots of sunlight". A week later I brought it back because there was no change and was told it was actually a "defect" in the paint. He removed the plastic and revealed a deep scratch in the paint which was not there before they did the job. I would think if there was a scratch in the paint (as deep as this one is) when we were discussing the installation he would have pointed out, if for nothing else, to establish it was there before they started the work and what the results might look like. Instead, he just tried to pass the buck, shrugged his shoulders, and said he could put the plastic back emphasizing he would have to charge me. I am uncertain how the same area in the plastic can turn from a bubble to a paint "defect" in a week. They clearly don't care how they treat your vehicle and they certainly don't take any responsibility.

      We have referred this customer to the Land Rover dealership. We have spoken with both the ** and the Service Manager of the dealership and arranged a meeting with the customer to have them provide their expertise on what we believe to be a factory paint issue. Once the issue with the paint is resolved we are happy to reapply the film at no charge.

      I went in to get a new system for my car, signed a payment agreement and paid a $400 deposit. When I went to pick up my car they tried to charge me an extra $100 for the system. I said no and they did take it off the bill. Then the shop manager started giving me attitude. The assistant came out to show me how to operate my new stereo and it didnt have Sirius xm on it which it was supposed to have or I was told it would have. The shop manager came out to talk with me and again was very rude and bullying me. He said it was a misunderstanding but could add it for an additional $200 but would give me a deal for $175. I declined and now have a very expensive stereo that is not what I wanted.
