      On December 10,2023 I placed an order with Darkside Racing Art for a decal. They advertise 3-5 day shipping with 5-7 day delivery, priority. As of December 28,2023 I haven't received anything from them. Not even an email confirming my order, however, they immediately withdrew the funds from my Discover card. They don't reply to ********** have called them at least a dozen ************** ever answers the phone. They don't even have a recording to leave a message.

      I paid for a product on 5/5 and it was stated that it would ship in 5-7 business days. It is now 5/29 and no sign of shipping. During the past 2 weeks I've reached out numerous times, through the online contact form, emails and phone calls.Zero response. The phone number is just a ****** Voice number that does not answer, not a legit business line.This business will not communicate and has not followed through on providing what I have paid for.

      I ordered a decal on 2/20/2023 the funds were debited immediately within 2 days. The expected shipping time is within 5-7 days based on their website at **************************************. They've failed to send the item within the time expected, i've emailed them for status however, they do not reply.

      Placed order with Darkside Racing Art on 14 Dec 2022 for *** overlay decals. Cost with priority shipping came to $53.97. Was informed via email that product would ship within **** days. I have not received any further communication from them despite emailing numerous times to obtain the status of shipping. The phone number listed is always busy so I have been unable to contact them via phone. It has been been 50 days since the order was placed.

      I ordered a decal in November for my car. They took the money out of my account immediately. 2 days later I got and email with my order number that said it would ship in 5-7 days. I never received anything else like shipping info or anything, and the decal never came. Ive emailed and called several times and never got any kind of response from them.

      I placed an order on 11/22/2022 for $28.98. I have tried calling the company numerous times. The phone appears to be disconnected. No response to multiple emails.

      Item has still not been received. I've emailed them and called with no response. Based on the other complaints that have been filed, claiming the same, Darkside Racing is a scam. They are disreputable and their practice is theft.

      I ordered a decal set. I got charged but never received item. I sent them multiple emails and they never responded

      The quality of the product is ridiculously bad. False advertising to say the least. I tried reaching out to them three times. I originally reached out to them when I didnt receive anything, but after I sent my message they finally sent the product out after about a month.When I received the poor misleading product, I contacted them immediately. The email address is now undeliverable.No one is responding!
