Refund and Exchange Policy

We aim to provide complete satisfaction with all our offerings. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
For 1-on-1 consulting sessions, we offer a full refund if we are notified of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. No-show appointments are non-refundable.
For training packages, refunds may be issued for any unused sessions if we are notified within 30 days of purchase. Any completed sessions are non-refundable.
Custom consulting projects that span multiple sessions or months have a no refund policy given the extensive time and resources allocated.
We do not offer exchanges for services or hours purchased. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for refund processing.
