    Very rude customer service, I placed an order, and paid for expedited shipping, later on that same day I get an email that the item is out of stock, and they will send me the item when it gets to the store. I called and kindly asked for a refund for the expedited shipping and they wont. Whats the point of paying for expedited shipping if the item is out of stock and they wont expedite? Their employees are very rude they gave me attitude. I told them Id like to speak to the manager, or the owner regarding this issue and they went ahead and canceled order, now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. They never answered my emails or calls, and they will literally scam you with paying for expedited shipping when they wont meet your expectations.

When she placed the order our product page had the notice More on the way: This product will not ship immediately. Contact us for estimated delivery. The page is still active and in the same condition as when ******* placed the order. The notice can be seen at this link below. ************************************************************************************ Within 3 hours of Nathalies purchase we sent the following email stating the current ETA of the product. Thanks for the order! The Celestron StarSense AutoGuide is out of stock. I have one on order for you from Celestron. We should have it in 5-7 business days. We will ship as soon as the AutoGuider comes in.Please let us know in the meantime if you have any questions or concerns.Have a good day!******** called Starizona later that day April 3rd at 1pm MST. It's possible she assumed any shipping charge was an upgrade, possibly influenced by the free shipping offered by platforms like Amazon. As a small business, we typically charge for shipping on most orders, though a free local pickup option was available. We are a small business and still charge for shipping on most orders. There was a free local-pickup option. This can be double checked by anyone who adds a product to our website's shipping cart. Some larger items like Telescopes and Mounts have free shipping, but otherwise **** priority or *** ground are our only shipping methods we offer.Regarding ********'s frustration, it appears to have originated from not reading the initial product delay notice on the product page.Concerning ********'s accusations of rudeness or shadiness on our part, we emphasize our transparency. We have provided all points of contact with ********, including email receipts from our server and the option to produce an audio recording of the phone call with her. Reviewing the provided transcript and emails, it's evident that our communication has been anything but rude.
