              Disputing $450.00 unwarranted charge to replace couch ($375)and ottoman ($75)on the exorbitant $1,179.96 Move-Out Statement demand letter dated 08.14.21 from Hub at Tucson HSRE on Lease: ******** Unit: ** **** Move in Date: 08.18.20 Move out Date: 07.31.21 Statement Date: 08.14.21 A total of 10 emails have transpired between *****************************.com w employees ****** ********* & ****** *******. 10 of the 11 move inspection photos photos provided by the above Hub employees are unreasonable and inconsistent w apt# photo ID for unwarranted charges showing blank in couch photo and ottoman photo (or couch) were not in the condition shown at the time of our move out. This dispute remains unresolved & w ongoing threats to send bill to collections. We request help in removing the unreasonable $450 furniture costs so we may pay $729.96 remaining charges. The Couch photo #11 was reluctantly provided only 4 days ago (09.13.21 - 9 days after 10 photos sent) by Miss *******.
