    There is damage to either the roof or exterior wall possibly termites as it's been looked at by a licensed tech and during this recent rainstorm water has entered the walls causing about 60$ of water damaged dry wall since 8/2/2024 they have only opened a corner of the drywall to air it out and have left it there with no word or get back of when repairs will be done it smells of mold and mildew my son can't even use his room and we have it sealed off for protection and no one is willing to give temporary placement to fix the issue and from what they are hinting at is to eventually in the next week or two look at the roof and just patch the hole they opened and possibly leave the rest of the wall as is I'm worried for the safety of my family being here

    We have lived at this apartment complex since March 4th and have paid 2 months of rent totaling over $2,600 and we've had hot water, maybe 4 to 5 days. The entire time we've lived here currently in writing this. They shut off the hot water today from 7:00 to 5:00. It is now 7:19 p.m. on April 5th and I currently still do not have Hot water. I have to boil pots of water for my son so he can take a bath and me and my fiance go days on end without taking a shower or being able to do dishes which financially is hurting us as we're not able to cook food from home and have to choose to go and get ready-made food which costs more money in the end for us and there's not anything being done about the problem ever since we moved in. I can't say for certain how many people this is affecting, but since this is a boiler issue it's at least affecting a whole building and I think people are too scared to say anything. So I'm reporting this in hopes that I can get a resolution from the complex and reimbursement for the inconvenience of having to have cold water, the entirety of living here and it affecting my everyday life as well as everybody that lives in the apartment with me. As an ending note, I have requested for a rent deduction for the inconvenience of no hot water and was told that they would not do it and I'm too afraid to withhold my rent for this to be fixed as financially. I'm not in a position to do that.
