    On May 28th 2025 **** came to my house to give me quote on work done at my house. We agreed and wrote a contract for $3,500 he asked for half up front paid $1750,He started installation to some base kitchen cabinets which he cracked with the screws. He was suppose to come work daily in the afternoons, showed up for 30 mins to replace a sliding door ( literally placed 3 screws) and left, did not show up after that. I it's explained to him ahead of time that i'm pressed, because I need to move into the house. He stopped showing up and ask me to get someone else to finish the job because I could not wait and he is busy. I asked for my money back he gave me $800 and said, you will charge me $250 for placing the sliding door, the remainder of $700 to be paid back by friday 6/6/2025 and our witness was ******* who had introduced him to me. **** refsued to pay me the rest of the money or answer the phone. I was delayed from the 28th to the second which I had to delay my move. Pay extra fees pay extra rent.
