I am writing to formally report what I believe to be a fraudulent and misleading experience involving an app-based rewards offer that resulted in the loss of both time and money, with no reward provided as promised.Recently, I was presented with a promotion (either through an ad, social media, or another platform) promising a reward in exchange for downloading and interacting with certain apps. The offer claimed that after completing a set number of steps such as downloading specific apps, reaching certain levels within them, or signing up for trials I would receive a reward (e.g., gift card, cash payout, or other incentive). Based on this promise, I followed all the required instructions, including:Downloading multiple apps as directed Spending significant time using these apps to meet the criteria In some cases, making in-app purchases or providing personal details as part of sign-*** After successfully completing the tasks and submitting proof as required, the promised reward was either:Not delivered at all,Marked as pending indefinitely, or Rejected without a valid explanation This leads me to believe the entire promotion was deceptive in nature. It appears to be a scam intended to generate installs, ad revenue, or user data without any intention of fulfilling the promised incentive. Not only is this highly unethical, but it also violates consumer trust and possibly advertising or consumer protection laws. What I am requesting:1.A full investigation into the company or app responsible for this promotion 2.A refund for any money spent during the process 3.The promised reward or adequate compensation I have kept records of the steps I completed, screenshots of the promotion, and proof of my participation, which I am happy to provide if needed. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope this claim will prompt the appropriate response and corrective action

I completed level 3 and attempted my $100 cash out, but I could never even get to the ** verification. When submitting my claim form or attempting to, Id immediately receive an error notification stating that my address was invalid possibly due to me registering with a P.O. Box etc which I had not done. I emailed the company including screen shots and was told to clear my cache, refresh, try a different web browser and utilize the link they provided me. I did only to receive the exact same error message. I emailed them again and uploaded my screen shots to a separate link that they had provided. The next person suggest I wait 24 hrs and do all that again. When I received the exact same error message I uploaded my new screen shots again to their link and almost immediately received a reply stating that my address was invalid probably due to me using a P.O. Box. I snapped back saying im not ignorant I can read your error message and I didnt use a P.O. Box and here are 3 screen shots from **** showing that that is my address and that it is indeed correct. The latest response asked me had I cleared my cache, refreshed my browser or tried a different search engine to which I replied Yes I have. The issue is obviously on your end. This has been going on for nearly a week and its obvious they have no intention of helping me; much less fixing the issue. They are definitely scammers like I was afraid of.

UpLevel Rewards is a SCAM, even if you have successfully gotten a gift card before!I previously received a $100 gift card after completing hours of work last year. I waited the required time before starting a new offer for $250. I had issues getting some offers to credit, but eventually qualified for the $250 gift card after weeks of 4+ hours invested a day! I just received an email stating I violated their policies and am disqualified from receiving the gift card. They did not name a specific policy and I know for a fact I did not violate any other them. I completed the offers on my own and without a VPN. I am absolutely livid I spent countless hours only to be disqualified at the very end of the process!! They owe me $250 AT LEAST. DO NOT DO ANY OFFERS FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY!

I followed all of the instructions that I was given to complete deals to get a $100 gift card. However, when I got to the two final deals that i needed, I completed them both and the company "somehow" was not able to confirm that I completed those deals despite my submitting proof multiple times. Even after discussing it back and forth, they refuse to issue me the credit I need for the $100 gift card and won't follow up with any of their deal partners. I wasted hours of time on these games because they promised compensation and I got nothing out of this.

I created an account and started downloading games. I accumulated enough credits to qualify for the $250 payout option and I submitted the information as required. I received an email saying that they would not send the payout because I violated the terms and conditions but didnt specify how. When I pressed for further details, they claimed that I was using a VPN even though Ive never had a VPN and could easily prove it. I asked for proof of the supposed VPN usage but nothing was provided and they stated their decision was final. This company seems to be scamming people by not paying them even though we are generating ad revenue income for them. I had also seen a comment on a message board that if you play games in a certain location such as a coffee shop, office or apartment, it will flag as a VPN. That is a deficiency within their system and not the customers fault nor should be we penalized and denied what we have earned because of that.

UpLevel is a complete scam. They will only issue you credits for enough deals so you don't win anything. The reward doesn't credit and when you submit a ticket they accuse you of using a VPN or proxy. And they deny that the owner of the game or app you completed did not verify your completion. They deny deny deny. I am not using a VPN, nor have I ever. It is not possible that 6 different apps/game developers in one week didn't send them the information for completed offers. ************.

The website offers gift cards upon completing tasks. I completed enough tasks to qualify for a $100 gift card, which I was informed after the fact that I had supposedly violated their terms of service and acceptable use policy- both of which I reviewed and could not find reasonable justification for their denial. They say this decision is final.

I have been working on a series of tasks relating to gift cards. At level 3 my tasks stopped being counted. I have emails showing them saying I am using a vpn when I am not. How did I get the deals to credit on levels 1 and 2? Nothing has changed on my phone. I sent screenshot showing my ip address and showing I'm not using a vpn.

I am not one to leave these types of things but what happened is happening to other people as well. I made it to level four and completed my last deal- they refuse to give me the credit because they claim they cant see it. Theyre claiming I used a VPN to block my information. I have told them four times I do not nor was there was a VPN. The reply from them? It had to be my vpn. I was told this all four time. I spent money on the game trying to make the last deal. Peoples reviews have told me this is an ongoing issue. I want credit where credit is due.

I completed the requirements in the website program of completing 5 promotional offers to claim a $100 reward and the company is refusing to pay the reward and will not give me a real reason as to why the are denying the reward. They received several hundred dollars for the promotional offers being completed. I've followed all the rules and I deserve the $100 reward.
