This company is a complete and utter joke. ********* ******, the property manager at the apartment "*** *******d" on ****** Ave, is a shameless, pathetic liar who should probably be sued into the stone age. I lived at the ******** for one year with no issues until suddnely one of my roommates disappeared in the middle of the night and never came back, and stopped paying rent. The rest of my roommates and I found this quite odd as he had lived there for a very long time and was a great renter who paid his rent on time, and was very clean. A while later, naturally, an eviction notice came in his name for unpaid rent and the door was of course plastered with an orange eviction paper and the door locked to prevent entry into his room. Fast forward a little while later, and I start getting bit by bedbugs and notice them coming up onto my blanket. I asked for pest control on the maintance portal to come out immediatley as I had a serious issue that made my unit unlivable, and although they came out to spray, they took their sweet time and told me there would be 3 treatments a week apart each, but the process wouldn't be considered "done" until after the third treatment. Meanwhile, I had to get a motel at my expense during the process, and even after one treatment cycle, the bugs still remained, and had to go back into the motel AGAIN, all out of pocket. Shortly after, another tenant in neighboring 1002 (I was in 1001) signs a lease, and finds out that SHE has a problem as well. This bedbug issue came from my roommate who left in the middle of the night, and it spread to both mine and the other person's bedroom in neighgboring 1002, as we all shared a common wall together. The evicted roomate worked at the ******* *** ****** Airport, a place where a worker can easily pick up bedbugs from travellers. I have since turned in my 60 day notice as they have no intention of solving this issue, and are currently advertsing 1001 bedroom B for December with an onging problem. AVOID!
