! bought the item from ********** and did not use until last week. Stoneberry could not take the pans back. because I waited to long to return them. ********** said to call the manufacturer. I purchased a Farberware deep fryer from ******* on 5/2/24. It stopped working around October/November 2024. I attempted to reach Farberware via the email in the attachment and was notified that it is an invalid email address. I contacted ******* and was provided with a phone number that is actually on the appliance. On 2/4/25, I called and was told to take it to ******* and was provided with a reference number for the return. ******* said it couldnt be returned due to being purchased over 90 days ago & because I didnt buy the ******* warranty. However, since the product has a 2 year warranty from Farberware, they should replace the appliance. I spoke to 3 different **** and was assured that I would receive follow-up within 3 business days. I called on 2/7/25 and was told there were no supervisors to assist and that I should wait 3 more days. I want Farberware to honor their warranty and replace the deep fryer.Initial Complaint

October 19, 2024 I received a Farverware tea kettle through *******I loved its beauty and it looked sturdy, BUT 1. The handle gets so hot it burned me.2. The whistle isn't loud enough to be heard in the next room 3. The handle is coming loose.I paid a total of $54.44 for this kettle ($39.99) and shipping. I also filled out the warranty online with Farberware. So I emailed them 3 times and got no immediate response. So I called them and was told the kettle is handled through another division. They gave me avphone number that did not work. I called them back. They apologized and gave me another phone number. They also verified rhat they had received all my emails. They said they sent a notice to the division responsible for tea kettles to have them contact me. I have heard nothing. I filed a warranty ticket online requesting my money back. Nothing. Im 75 years old and have used your coffee pot for probably 40 years at least. They last at least 10 years usually. I just bought one about a month ago. I didnt save the receipt because I figured this would be the last one I ever need. It worked perfectly up until about 2 days ago. Its the plug that goes into the pot!! I have to play with it by wiggling it a little to get it to work. Sometimes it stops right in the middle of perking. Now Ive noticed that even the cord near the pot seems to be getting warmer than I would think it should. I am so upset over this. Please , can someone help me??Initial Complaint

I purchased a set of Farberware cooktop pots and pans too use with my new induction cooktop.After using the products several times, unsafe flaws in the design became apparent:the pots have extra long handles and tip backwards due to the imbalance of the weight distribution (handle to pot).All the handles of lids in the set heat up with the pan and burn fingers when handling them.I wrote their customer service. They replied that my request for a return was outside their guarantee.They added that they would send me silicone handle covers at no cost! I declined but these arrived today - I do not want them!I do not believe there should be a time limit on advising the seller that their product is unsafe and cannot be used.I have used Farberware my entire life (73 yrs) with great satisfaction. As did my mother! Returned 10 lids and have been unable to receive any information about a refund. I originally purchased for an organization and they no longer needed them. They were delivered back to the address on the prepaid labels and I've sent 3 emails about the status of a refund, and no response. I purchased a set of Farberware knives through Target. Within a week of using them and then washing them they began to rust. I contacted Target regarding this. I was transferred around to many departments and was unable have the solution resolved. I then tried contacting Farberware and was unable to get any assistance from them either. I purchased a Farberware 6 quart covered stockpot with a smart steam vent on the glass lid. The *** is **********. The first time I tried to use the stockpot I noticed the lid handle was cracked. The package label stated there was a limited lifetime warranty, so I presented a warranty claim approximately 9 weeks ago. I submitted photos of the damaged lid handle and photos of the new, unused pot and glass lid. Only the lid handle is damaged and the lid and pot are fine. Their own website indicated they would respond to the warranty claim within 5-7 days. I have called and emailed and have not received a reply from Farberware to my warranty claim. I simply want them to replace the cracked lid handle. I don't think that's asking too much!
