      Worst car buying experience ever. Carvana demanded a $1800 "delivery fee" for the truck we chose. Then when they rejected our trade in, they said they would keep our delivery fee and cancel our deal. We said we would accept the price without the trade in, then they delivered the vehicle without a headrest and an owners manual. I asked Carvana to supply them, and they said they were not guaranteed to be with the vehicle and my only remedy was to return the vehicle and suffer the $1800 deposit. Terrible. I will never do business with them again.

      Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Anyone you talk to on the phone has different terms. When you send personal information one person tells you they need it this way. After you send it. Next *** says thats not right we got to have it this way. They take your down payment and shipping payment and when the deal expires because no one there seems to know what is required. They cancel deal and you can buy it with new terms that costs more money. Absolutely the worst place to do business with.

      Ive had a deeply frustrating experience with Carvana. My application was denied due to their inability to verify my phone number, and now theyre holding up a refund of over $1,500. Their stated processing time is 1015 business days, which has already passed. When I contacted support, I was told to submit a ticket and wait an additional 12 weekscompletely unacceptable.During the refund delay, I ended up purchasing the same vehicle from ****** with better terms and a smoother process. If this refund is not issued promptly, I will be escalating the matter legally and involving my attorney.

      I bought a ******** from them on a Sunday. Before I even pulled out of the lot I heard slight grinding in the rear. It needed a new rear axle assembly. It was under factory warranty for replacement. Cool. There was not a deatil done on this ************** SAY they are going to send me $100 to get it detailed, but will not see that for at least a month now. Upon inspection at a **** dealer, the rear rotors are rusted out & pads are worn. Carvana is doing nothing to help. Their warranty company literally told the service advisor to go out in the parking lot & do some hard braking to fix brakes. Who the h*** does this? STAY FAR AWAY FROM CARVANA

      Bought a 2018 ******* and 45 days later the engine has a catastrophic failure. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get carvana or silvercare (their warranty company) to do anything however I am spending more time as a liason between silvercare and the repair shop I might as well be on the payroll. Also the purchase process is favorable for quick vehicle receipt only if you finance through them. Third party financing is an arduous process.I cannot recommend using them based on my poor buying experience and nightmare experience with the warranty process

      If I can give negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM CRAPVANA!!! Their 150 point inspection is the stupidest inspection possible!! Bunch of ******* certified mechanics!! I bought a truck from them and its been in the shop longer than *** owned it!! And guess what, BACK TO THE SHOP IT GOES. F*** Carvana, its CEO, its executives. Everyone Ive spoken to at Carvana has been an absolute WASTE OF F****** BREATH. Stupid f****** idiots arent worth a god **** fuck!

      Worst car buying experience ever!!!1.) I fold the wipers were bad: Had to replace them myself.2.) Next the brakes were bad: Had to pay for part of the repair myself,3.) Then the transmission failed. They had the car for a month. I had to pay for part of the repair. I had to pay for the rent out of my own pocket (as they only pay for 10-days max). Replacement transmission that failed with days of the return. I had to pay for the rent out of my own pocket.When I complained: They responded to me by saying I should have returned it with the 7-day return period. It took longer than that to discover the issues and find an in network repair facility.This has been a terrible experience and no answer in sight as to when I will get the car back.

      So many problems. Purchased a van from them and it drove great the first week. Than I had a check engine light on for a sensor. Had it repaired and another check engine light. Took to the same place under warranty and 1 day later another check engine light. My car has been in the shop more than I have been on the road. Warrant almost up and still problems with the engine. Won't buy here again.

      If I could leave zero stars i would. They told me I was approved for a car, took the down-payment from my bank account and then decided I wasn't eligible. 6 days later ....still waiting for my refund that can take up to 15 days!!!

      It was a very seamless and effortless transaction. The agent who came into our home to look at documentation was very kind and polite. The experience was timeless and awesome. Thank you, Carvana, for sending one of your best agents to pick up our car. Selling our car to you was a wonderful experience.
