    To Whom It May Concern,This letter serves as a formal reminder regarding the legal action I have initiated against your dealership. A previous letter outlining the nature of my complaint and intent to pursue legal remedies was sent to you on July 12, 2025. To date, I have not received any acknowledgment or *********** stated previously, the basis of the lawsuit involves damage caused to my vehicles air conditioning (AC) and EGR system while in your care. I have made no multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly and in good faith, but your lack of accountability has left me no choice but to pursue this through the legal system.Please be advised that this matter is now in the hands of my legal counsel, and proceedings are underway. You will be served formally if you have not already been. I am documenting all correspondence, and this letter will be included in the case file.If you wish to resolve this dispute before further legal action escalates, I remain open to communication. Otherwise, I will continue with full legal recourse as planned.

    I brought my vehicle in for repairs and paid over $2,000 to have the issue resolved. Since then, Ive had to return to the dealership four times for the same unresolved problem. Despite already paying for the initial diagnosis and repair, I was charged again for diagnostics related to the same ******** make matters worse, after the fourth visit, my air conditioning no longer worksa completely new issue that did not exist before I brought my car in. Ive made multiple attempts to contact the dealership to get this resolved, but my calls and messages have been completely ********** this point, I feel Ive been taken advantage of. If I do not receive a timely and satisfactory resolution, my next step will be to pursue legal action for the mishandling of repairs, poor workmanship, and failure to provide services paid for.

    Sold me a car in below poor condition rather than fixing my car that was covered under warranty from this same dealership. Refused to diagnose vehicle covered under warranty. Cancelled over five appointments to diagnose vehicle covered under warranty sold by dealership. Management not responsive to emails/voicemails. Not providing resources or options that won't further damage credit due to their ignorance. Not abiding by consumer rights and disregarding their side of contract.

    I have made a car lease sale that was rescinded/ cancelled under the terms of the contract , the next day . I was approved to give back the vehicle to the car dealership and I was told verbally that Monday I would get my refunded down payment , over the phone a lady told me that Tuesday . Then the next day another man said Friday . This is very distressing to me as I have already given back the car and am working very hard . And I need that down payment refunded . It was all under the terms of the contract to give them back the car but they are taking unnecessarily long to refund me which is causing me a problem . They never told me any physical proof of my refund like a document or some sort of paper. Or physical evidence . But I gave **** back their car and I have yet to get my down payment back .

    I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Hyundai *********** Dealership in Tempe, ***On May 20, 2024 I took my Santa Fe Sport into the dealership to have the Turbo checked. They let me know it needed to be replaced. I agreed to making the repair. A turbo replacement is completely covered in my Certified PreOwned Warranty. The dealership has refused to honor my warranty, stating I need to pay for the repair in full and work it out with Hyundai Corporate. I met with the ****************** Manager and have called ************************** multiple times where I was directed to a Case Manager but have not received a satisfactory response from anyone associated with Hyundai. I am currently making monthly payments to my car that has been repaired since May 30, 2024.

    2021 hyundai ***** fe had rolled away 2 xs and almost killed my son both times!! I have over 30 calls to Hyundai and 12 open cases Initially the dealer did a diagnosis and stated my claim was "unsubstantiated ". Basically calling me a liar. It's happened again and with witnesses.The BBB auto line accepted my case . Determining eligible on July 11th.After sending complaints to hyundai, they then recanted the Eligiblility saying "there was damage to vehicle " so they couldn't abreghate.The Arizona Attorneys General p played as liasion but my dealer lied and stated my claims were "unsubstantiated " and intimidated me from further contact. Little did i know that hyundai recalled the 2018 ***** fe, 2021 ************* vetiver for SAME THING. Bbb told me to get a lawyer and none seem to want to deal w it being there are not 4 repairs Well no. Hyundai is denying any defect so of course there isn't any repairs, only diagnosis My car has not been insured for 3 months due to 2 not at fault accidents on my report.They give quote if 89 dollars until they run the vin, it's then determined only liability insured. Hyundai just recalled the ***** fe and genesjs this year for exact same defects .My son had rolled away 2 times without a driver and is scsred to death.I've started extra medication due to the anxiety knowing my car can kill me or anyone at anytime.

    I bought 2 Hyundai 2 days apart. We love our new Kona. However, being on a fixed income, we selected the Tucson Hybrid. At 1100 miles, I am averaging just under 30 mpg. I'm 72 yrs old, and drive my cars gently to say the least.

    My husband and i bought a car from them on June 8th, 2024. The process took roughly 8 hours. The main complaint is they gave us a key with a tag that said 2 of 2 and promised they would look for the 1st key and call us. We have called the sales rep several times over the last month and had no success to actually obtain the key labeled 1 of 2. Last week we decided to escalate the situation and we called the sales manager and have not gotten a call back. It is frustrating to be promised a second key and not receive it. We have given them plenty of time and reminders with no resolution or response. We just want the second key to our car.

    Car Hyundai Sonata 2017, VIN ***************** isn't working, starting or running. Had to arrange tow to ********** on 4/26/24. Extended warranty denied due to 4 Recalls: 208 in 2021, recall 210 in 2021, Campaign 953 ************* Update Engine from Aug 9th of 2018, Campaign 993 Feb 2023. ALL 4 of these should have been fixed and completed prior to ***** buying car in June of 2023. So ****** at ********** said we have to have it towed to AutoNation Hyundai of tempe. After I paid them $75. Made a service appointment for May 13th at 8am. Was only allowed to have it towed 2 days prior to appointment. Towed by Aztec towing for $115 to AutoNation form Auto House on Sat 11am signed for by ***, the service advisor. May 13th afternoon havent been contacted. Call to confirm and was told NO appointment was made! Eventually spoke with *** and told he filed a claim with Hyundai to fix. Claim denied. Now being told they will not fix it. Not Hyundai, not Auto House and not Extended warranty that was purchased. Meanwhile its now May 23rd and I am without a car. They will not give me a rental this whole time. Having to uber everywhere for a month. SPoke with Manager **** on Wednesday 22nd and he was rude, and said they will do nothing. First of all, all 4 recalls were PRIOR to my purchase of the car in June 2023. So clearly NO inspection or fixing the car prior to selling happened. If these recalls where completed, especially Campaign 953 which would have triggered a check engine light that would have needed to to fix the engine 5 years prior to my purchase or not buying this vehicle in the first place. Auto House failed to complete prior protocol and now refusing to correct their errors. Hyundai is liable to fix the recalls, regardless. Again all were prior to buying the car and No one seems to want to help or take responsibility.

    I Have Not Received further response. The recall in question is from Aug of 2018. I did not purchase the car until June 2023. That is 5 years prior to my purchase! The four recalls and engine need fixed. Period.

    The customer purchased their vehicle from a ************************** dealership. Unfortunately, the necessary recalls were not completed by that dealership, disallowing potential coverage of engine replacement by Hyundai Motors America. AutoNation is unable to alter the manufacturers decision and/or policies.

    I had scheduled recall service appointment for 4/4/24. Less than 24 hours prior I received a voicemail that the my appointment was canceled and that AutoNation service departments were refusing to provide any services to me and I would need to find another Hyundai service provider. 1. I was told that I would be hearing from the location general manager, ****, but have not received any return call. 2. Im seeking a prorated refund from the protective care service contract agreement that was purchased from this same dealership at auto purchase. The agreement requires in writing that any tow services are only allowed for the nearest Hyundai dealership. This specific dealership is nearest to my home and 95% of activities within nearest dealership. Autonation has effectively made my agreement null and void, since they have removed the ability for me to utilize the agreement that they sold me at purchase. *************** Contract - Hyundai Protection Plan ********* paid in the amount of $2,095.00.
