      This company Denied me of a checking account than question of I have other accounts why I want another on!! Whattt??? First it was because I had to many inquiries on my check system whichever I called check system about this matter than said about my Idinity on my Experain report which I have all of my up to date reports. The question of why I want to open account with them was really rude and very unprofessional the customer service with criminalizing. I just spoke with check system. I said the manager that everyone I know has more than one bank account. I've never had to go through this before I do have a bank account with another ********************************************* as well just wanted to open up another with a different credit union

      F grade, very poor customer relations. I have an Auto Loan, changed insurance, and promptly received a nasty, threatening letter accusing me of violating our contract by cancelling mandated insurance and threatening to take out insurance on the car. When I followed the directions and logged into the website, myinsuranceinfo.com I found that indeed my insurance agent had already supplied the full info required. What I found offensive was the letter in no way accommodates or allows for the possibility that I simply changed insurance, did nothing wrong, and was still in full compliance with the terms of our contract, giving the customer the benefit of the doubt. I called and spoke to a CS supervisor to give feedback saying they really need to edit and rewrite the language of the letter to allow for that possibility of having simply changed insurance.

      Now that they have connected with Zelle I can not pay with Zelle through truwest mobile app! Contacts are not uploading and functionality is not adequate. No one from truwest has called me back in 48 hours!! Wish I would have never agreed to sign up for it!

      Please do not sign up with *****! Its so much easier to set up with the app Zelle itself. Truwest was easy to take my money but not send it in minutes like they state they do. It takes a business day and now with a holiday coming up, the payment is now going to be posted in 3days. Seriously they should unpair with *****, theyre are in no way any help!

      I have been a member for nearly two decades. TruWest really cares about their members and I feel that every time I interact with their employees. They took a chance on me with my first car loan when a bank wouldn't and have provided great service and great products to fit my needs since. Wouldn't bank anywhere else.

      The people that work in collections are the most deplorable, disrespectful, degrading people I have ever spoken to. It’s like TruWest grabbed thugs off the street to work for them. This is not across the board for TruWest as I have spoken to some genuinely decent and respectful people but particularly some guy Lupé in collections, acts like he’s never experienced hard times before and speaks down to you even after trying to communicate what your situation is. Absolutely atrocious behavior! Update: Received a call from the Manager of collections ERIN A******* in regards to the disrespect I received from her employee only to receive more disrespect. I was told if I didn’t want to speak with Lupé then there are other people I can speak with. Completely gliding over the behavior of her employee. Stay away from this company, there are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. As someone who works in collections myself, I would NEVER degrade, mock or belittle people the way this company allows their employees to. Left a message for Chris H**** so let’s see if he cares enough to address this situation accordingly. Being in debt does not give any company the right to be disrespectful to anyone.

      Updated: I was given Erin’s name but that is not who I spoke with… update below. Update: Received a call from the Manager of collectors the in regards to the disrespect I received from her employee only to receive more disrespect. I was told if I didn’t want to speak with Lupé then there are other people I can speak with. Completely glossing over the behavior of her employee. Stay away from this company, there are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. As someone who works in collections myself, I would NEVER degrade, mock or belittle people the way this company allows their employees to. Spoke to CHRIS H**** who is the VP of Lending and it turned into an entire gaslighting situation on his end where he tried to shift focus to my reaction over his employees disrespectful behavior which is absolutely ironic that they don’t put up with that but are ok with the actions of their employees. I ended the call because at the end of the day, TRUWEST does NOT care about their members. I will be removing my loan from this disgusting company. And a reminder to everyone I have ever spoken to there… You all can and WILL be in the same situation I’m currently in at some point. Karma will be knocking on your door! Treat people with respect and you get respect in return, it’s not that hard of a concept!

      This credit union is a pain to deal with! The only reason they get 2 stars is because every employee I have dealt with has been very nice and professional. I did not choose this credit union, the loan was set up by the auto dealer we bought our car from. Let me share some of my experiences of how difficult it is to deal with this company. First, if you call customer service, plan on waiting on hold at least 15 min to speak to a representative. The wait is based on 5 or so calls ahead of me. My average wait is about 20min. When I do finally get through, the representative is always very nice and professional, but they can't help you because True West has the worst policies and procedures I have ever heard of. For example:1. If you are enrolled in automatic payments you cannot make a one-time payment. Meaning if you want to pay extra towards your loan balance you must cancel your automatic payments, make the one-time payment, then re-enroll in auto pay. How ridiculous! 2. I called in to pay off my loan completely in full. I was told I could not do that in one day because you can only make a maximum payment of $5000 per day over the phone or online. I now have to physically go pay it off inside a branch location to do it same-day. So if you live far from a branch or out of state you are just out of luck. Oh, and to make a payment is a $15 processing fee per payment.Overall, very difficult to deal with to make any changes. I have paid extra towards and paid off early on several other loans with other institutions and have never had these kinds of problems and inconveniences.If you are considering True West I would highly advise against it.

      We joined Truwest at least 15 years ago. It was a great experience until now. Today, Truwest in my opinion is in decline and I am pulling my business. It started with their WEB site redesign which made login in inconvenient in that it disallows use of Lastpass password manager. Login now is manual and therefore less secure. ************* was a reliable and valuable service for many years. In the rare event of an Ebill error, I was notified immediately and bills stayed current. Then came the Ebill failures. Three of five Ebill payees no longer work and have 100% failure. To make matters worse, no error codes are posted and I was never notified there was a problem. My Discover card account fell into arrears. That's when things got serious. Months and months of phone calls to Truwest support yielded zero results. Never once did anyone from Truwest call me back as was promised. I insisted the problem be addressed or Truwest would lose my business. Never once did anyone from Truwest call me to follow up on the problem. Truwest ************* came with a performance guarantee that stated if any payment was late, Truwest would refund any late charges associated with that late payment. I requested said reimbursement. Again, no one from Truwest followed up with me regarding that request ever. It appears that Truwest does not own the skills to fix Ebill problems. Furthermore, Truwest does not employ anyone that cares. In fairness, first level support personnel are courteous and as helpful as they can be given their limited resources. The only thing they can do is escalate an issue to an empty office or the bit bucket. Truwest has lost my trust and confidence. I am done with them.
