      Hello. This complaint involves unfair insurance practices. I will also file a complaint with the State Insurance Regulator and State *************************. I was involved in a two-vehicle car crash on July 10th and had obtained a policy with Progressive the morning of the accident but didn't get an email confirming the policy until hours later. The claims adjuster ****** ***** informed me that due to the time stamp of the policy and the time stamp on the police report, they're not going to cover anything under the claim because it's showing to him that I did not obtain the policy until after the accident. I had to purchase a rental on my own, and now in my time of duress and distress, the policy that I've paid for is telling me they're not going to handle or pay anything and are trying to dismiss my claim. Insurance is one of the biggest legal scams there is, and this is ridiculous. Along with the rental, they're also saying that I would have to pay to get my vehicle towed from the body shop it was towed to and possibly pay for the damage to my vehicle. This is ridiculous, especially since the accident wasn't even my fault and they've said nothing about the other driver's insurance, their policy, or what they're willing to do. I'm so frustrated with all of this. This is the very first accident I've ever had, and on top of that, I'm having to deal with all this insurance stuff. I didn't even know the time stamp mattered; I figured it would be the date of service. I'm glad I decided to get a policy on the vehicle after being without insurance so long because I was in my wreck that afternoon. This is just so frustrating and very unfair.

      On 03/12/2025, I contacted Progressive Insurance to cancel my policy after my car was repossessed. During that call, the representative offered to move my policy to a zero-dollar option until I secured a new vehicle. I was emotional and overwhelmed, but I clearly remember confirming I would only keep the policy active if there was no charge.I agreed based on what I was told, not on what may have been emailed afterward. I was not informed to look for any updated declarations page or that any change in terms would be coming via email. I never reviewed or acknowledged that document. Had I been told the policy would have a charge, I would have canceled immediately.I later received a bill, and when I called back, a supervisor named ******* confirmed that although the agent did say the policy would be free, Progressive would not reverse the charges because I didnt call again fast enough.This is a misrepresentation. The company profited from misinformation given during a vulnerable moment. Sending an email afterward doesnt undo the false expectation created by the agent. I never consented to paid coverageverbally or in writing.This violates:Georgia Code 33-6-4 Unfair Trade Practices The **** Unfair Practices Act Basic standards of ethical consumer treatment Im requesting:Retroactive cancellation to the date of that call Full reversal of charges Written confirmation of account closure I have a legal recording of the supervisor confirming refusal to resolve this, and Im prepared to submit it if needed.

      I used progressive leasing to finance my new computer and at the time had a daily limit on my debit card so I couldnt buy all at once. Best Buy employees urged me to used progressive leasing with no details other than theres no damage to your credit and theres no interest. The no interest is the big problem here because even though they advertise no interest I was charged nearly an additional $1000 by the end of the payments. This was never brought to my attention until I went to make a final payment. Theyve had many problems with this and customer support on both Best Buys part and progressive leasing havent been any help and are avoiding the situation

      Tenemos asegurado nuestro vehculo *** aportage con progressive, el 9 ******** fue robado y luego de ser recuperado por la polica fue llevado a *** a solicitud nuestra para ser reparado, nos *** un ***** ********, luego nos llaman del seguro a decirnos que el carro est listo que debemos regresar el ***** ********, as lo hicimos y cuando vamos a ***, el carro no estaba listo **** basura y pertenencias que no eran nuestras, sucio, no sabemos porque el seguro no revis el carro antes, y as evitar esta situacin, llamamos al seguro dicen hubo un error vamos a arreglarlo, y no me *** ***** ******** una semana despus *** dice que el seguro no ha enviado el dinero para las reparaciones es decir el carro lleva 15 das en el taller sin ningn avance, perjudicando mi salud mental mi economa da tras da, hoy 25 ******** no tengo respuesta, quiero reportar este hecho y falta de respeto conmigo como cliente, adjunto las fotos ********* cuando supuestamente estaba listo para un cliente que paga al da su cuota, no hay quien haga seguimiento del vehculo por parte de la aseguradora

These accounts appear to be the result of either a reporting error or a potential breach of my personal informationboth of which are unacceptable and violate my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).The following accounts require immediate and thorough verification:Company Name: 06 PROGRESSIVE Account Number: 1155**** Reported Balance: $132.00 Despite multiple requests, I have not received any credible proof that these accounts are mine. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681g, I am entitled to full disclosure, including copies of original account applications and signed agreements. General claims of verification without proper documentation are not acceptable.If these documents do not exist, these accounts must be removed under FCRA Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i), which mandates deletion of unverifiable data. I will also be reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau and appropriate federal agencies if this is not resolved immediately.

      Progressive raised my insurance by 300 per month. I was not notified and they automatically took money out of my bank with out my knowledge or consent.They claim they mailed a letter but I never received.If they are going to increase your payment and withdraw from your bank. They should have written consent from the consumer
