            Unreliable, Inconsistent, not willing to cooperate, doesn't provide properly for vehicles that are reliable for more than 2 weeks off the lot. There was an inconvenience on them to have a functioning vehicle for me that I am paying 380 a week which equates to **** a month. They completely took advantage of me and my money. They failed to provide with a properly functioning vehicle. They were extremely inconsiderate of my personal life and my full time job in which I had to constantly compensate for because of how much Hyrides failed to give me a functional vehicle. I was offered a vehicle that they did not have available for me when I arrived there after being given confirmation that there would be a vehicle replacement for me. In which I was told by **** from Hyrides, also he was not available to contact in any way which made it even more difficult for me to get a vehicle that was offered to me days in advance. I was poorly communicated with in regards to vehicle availability and proper care for the vehicle.
