We purchased an electric golf cart in 2023 and have taken excellent care of it, always storing it in our garage. Unfortunately, it began malfunctioning last year losing speed and shutting off unexpectedly. Despite repeated attempts to address the issue through Coleman, we've encountered a complete lack of support. They have consistently refused to connect us with a supervisor or assist in initiating a warranty claim, instead redirecting us to *****.When we contacted *****, they informed us that Coleman was responsible for handling the warranty since the product bears Colemans branding. We've made multiple attempts to submit a claim, but each time, Coleman responded with the same unhelpful message. It feels as though they were intentionally stalling, knowing our warranty was close to expiring.We also reached out to *****, where we originally purchased the cart, in hopes of resolving the issue. While their team did try contacting Coleman on our behalf, they were also unsuccessful in getting a claim opened. We spent over $10,000 on this golf cart and is so disappointing that it only lasted 1 year. The lack of accountability and refusal to honor the warranty is unacceptable. Coleman refuses to honor their 2-year warranty on our golf cart!!! : My husband and I purchased a new Coleman's Golf Cart from Lowes on 09/25/2023 for $9741.42. It came with a 2-year warranty. We have taken excellent care of it, and its stored in our garage. We've followed all directions as noted in the manual. The golf cart has 283 miles on it as of today.A couple of days ago, my husband discovered that the golf cart was NOT keeping a charge and it would not go over 9MPH...??Fast Forward to TodayToday (06/26/25), I called Colemans ******************* at *************. The automated message says If you bought it at Lowes, hang up and dial *************. so, I hung up and called. This number was to a different manufacturer *****. I dont know why Coleman referred me to Kandi when NOTHING on my golf cart, manual, nor receipt says *****. EVERYTHING says Coleman. The *** at ***** stated, Weve gotten other calls like this, but we do NOT service Coleman products. The Kandi *** explained that the Kandi golf carts have a lithium battery; whereas, the Coleman golf carts have a different type of battery. ?? Fast ForwardCalled Coleman back, they will NOT honor the warranty. They persist that "All Coleman warranties have been transferred to *****, and it is Kandi's responsibilty to address the claim." Here I/we are stuck with a year-old, $9K golf cart that isn't working properly, and the manufacturer won't honor their 2-year warranty.UghThis SUCKS! royally. ?? I purchased a Coleman mini bike B200r from my local tractor supply store. About a month after purchased I started having issues with the bike. There is a complaint on file with Coleman stating that the bike was not working. About 4 months later I called back letting them know I was having issues with the bike again. My warranty had expired at this point and they weren't willing to do anything so I put out the cost to fix the issue. Now the motor is completely bad. They are refusing to compensate at all. I let them know that tractor supply is willing to refund me with the consent from them. Tractor supply told me that it's a manufacturer problem which is why I contacted Coleman Powersports. My son was only able to ride the bike for approximately 10 hours before it completely died on us. I consistently told them that I was sold a faulty bike. I'm no way should I have this many issued in a short amount of time. I am requesting a full refund of the bike as the motor is bad in it or an exchange for a new bike.I have attached the receipt in which I purchased the bike as well as the email. Purchased a new Coleman Golf Cart from Lowes Home Improvement. ***** is an authorized retailer of Coleman. Warranty Guide states Coleman honors the warranty on the ********* website. The Item is #******* for verification to pull the guise if needed. I contacted Coleman who refused to honor the warranty stating that the Golf Cart was manufactured by *************. ***** stated the warranty is through Coleman as the warranty guide states. Purchased a KT196 go kart. After light use the engine mount / jack ***** has broken which has been identified as a known problem with the machine. Coleman Powersports is not honoring the 2 year warranty for my golf cart. They will not submit a claim to fix it. It is within the 2 years. 6/19/23 I purchased a Coleman electric golf cart for the amount of $10,673.93. The golf cart had a two year warranty on everything , the warranty is still in effect. The business was to provide a two year warranty on the golf cart. Coleman Powersports is refusing to cover the cart for the full two year warranty that is not out dated yet. One of the batteries did not hold up before the warranty has expired. The business has not tried to resolve the issue quoting that they no longer warranty any Coleman product. They told me that they have turned everything over to *************. I called Kandi America they told me they are not responsible for the warranty that Coleman sports is responsible for the warranty.Initial Complaint

Below is what i sent to Coleman via email. But I have called a dozen times back and forth, and gotten the retailer involved and they're having the same no response or ownership from Coleman."My name is ******* ***** and I purchased a Golf Cart at Lowes on 12-14-2022. The golf cart is not running correctly and is slow and sluggish and does not seem to charge.Your owners manual says to contact you, Coleman Powersports, for repair by calling ************ for warranty service. I understand the warranty is good for (2) years of which as of this date the product is still covered.However, after calling this number , you have an automated message (and same message from a live person) indicating to call Kandi at ************ for repairs for this product. I have spoken with ***** several times over the past two weeks and they tell me they will not cover repairs and that I should contact YOU. It's an endless circle with Coleman Power Sports and Kandi not taking responsibility for my needed repair.I spoke with a Coleman Power Sports customer service person and he indicated the same. Your manual for the product says "Coleman Powersports offers the following warranty to the initial purchaser..." ME. You are responsible for getting me to a service company to effect repairs for my golf cart."I understand there are many people like me having the exact same issues with Coleman. ***** told me to contact the BBB.
