Amazing same day service other companies had 4 days out which is not what you need when ac goes out. **** repaired had part in truck and quickly got me to a cool temp. Professional and competent.. THANK YOU ****!!!!

We had an old unit that was making a lot of noise and we called Just better air conditioning and heating to gives us an estimate on a new unit. When they arrived they were very professional and courteous. I ended up purchasing a new unit because I felt it was a fair price and felt the technicians ****** and ***** were very knowledgeable. There work was very clean as well. I will definitely call them back again! Thanks guys!

**** is extremely rude. I called them as they installed a brand new unit 6 months ago. The unit is no longer working. Had a tech from another company come look at it and he explained they didn't complete the welding and used suboptimal/old parts to save money. I called to see if they would come look at it and they told me that I'd have to pay 100% of the repairs. This company is horrible. Do not recommend to anyone, all the positive reviews are purchased reviews.

Recently I had to call Just Better Air out for one of my air Conditioning units that had stopped working properly. ****** came out and assessed the situation. I know from previous times they have come out they have treated me with fairness and diligent work.****** was the Best! This time my old unit couldn't be salvaged due to new regulations with the *** and horribly high costs for freon, so it was time to buy a new unit. ****** and his boss were very helpful in helping me get a new unit that would fit my budget. ****** explained everything so that I could understand what the issue was, I like the fact they take pictures, I find them a very honest company. I've certainly had bad ones in the past and know the signs, so when you see diligence with explanations and pictures and options this puts your mind at ease.Thank you ****** for turning a bad situation into a good one. Just Better Air has been servicing our A/C and Heater for over 10 years. They are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We just had a new tech (****) out to do our yearly maintenance on the A/************* was all that, and more! So friendly and helpful, and he clearly knows his stuff on air conditioning. He checked out the unit inside and out, and did a much needed chemical clean on our coils. He carefully explained our options and pricing before doing the work. He also made some suggestions for future improvements - things we could save up for. He was excellent at explaining the details to me in a way that I could easily understand. I'll be requesting **** for my next service appointment for sure!

I spoke with manager **** who is very rude. **** got on the phone and I advised him that I am doing a follow up because I have not heard back from them. **** stated that he left voicemail on my cell phone to collect payment. I proceeded to tell him that I did not receive a phone call and he kept over talking to me and accused me of arguing with him. The conversation kept going down hill. I finally asked if the call is recorded so I may make a complain to Choice Warranty so they may listen to the call and **** said the conversation is not recorded. I proceeded with **** asking what brand of unit they will install and I said I am ready to pay and **** quoted me the full amount. I stated to **** that in our last conversation he stated that I only need to put half down which he acknowledged and said I will need to pay additional 3% for using my debit card. With that noted; I advised I did not want to pay more than what I have to and if I can pay another way....he told me that I am complaining about paying an additional little more money and said he will contact Choice warranty and remove the claim. I said fine because I will not give him my business. As I see it why give a company over $10,000.00 when they are disrespectful and rude.
