  **** and ****** were wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, on time, called when they were half hour out, clean up was great, explained everything, complete installation was only 2 1/2 hours (start to finish). I would use this company again and would request the same installers again.Thank you for such a fabulous job. WELL DONE!!!!! Did I mention the price was right, too!!!!!!

  I worked with the Install manager *** and technician ****. They were both great. The cpany stands by the quality of their work which I appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a New AC

  If only I could leave less than one star!! This company is a scam! They started telling me how much of the repair job was not going to be covered by the warranty BEFORE even setting eyes on the unit. The technician, *****, interrupted me, didn't listen to what I was trying to explain, and seemed irritated that I wanted to understand him properly. They wrote up a quote for the warranty company that intentionally included charges they knew were not covered by the insurance company and that were NOT needed as they have been done already and no other company has determined them necessary. They will not do the warranty work unless we pay them HUNDREDS in work that is not covered. I understand this is how they make money, the warranty company doesn't pay well, but this is taking advantage of the customer because there is no recourse with the warranty company and the invoice clearly explains they will not of the warranty work unless we do the other expensive work also.

  Amazing same day service other companies had 4 days out which is not what you need when ac goes out. **** repaired had part in truck and quickly got me to a cool temp. Professional and competent.. THANK YOU ****!!!!

  We had an old unit that was making a lot of noise and we called Just better air conditioning and heating to gives us an estimate on a new unit. When they arrived they were very professional and courteous. I ended up purchasing a new unit because I felt it was a fair price and felt the technicians ****** and ***** were very knowledgeable. There work was very clean as well. I will definitely call them back again! Thanks guys!

  **** is extremely rude. I called them as they installed a brand new unit 6 months ago. The unit is no longer working. Had a tech from another company come look at it and he explained they didn't complete the welding and used suboptimal/old parts to save money. I called to see if they would come look at it and they told me that I'd have to pay 100% of the repairs. This company is horrible. Do not recommend to anyone, all the positive reviews are purchased reviews.
