I tried to lease their 2024 Chevrolet ********* Memorial Day ad piece. for $499 month $0 Down $0 Security Dep. Stock #****** Vin#*****************. They tried to step me up when I wanted the vehicle in the ad. ( I was in sales and was clear that that was the vehicle I wanted) They said they can't sell it to me at that price. I know the truck had to include tax, title, and registrations fees but NOT HONORING THE ADVERTISED DEAL WHEN IN STOCK AND NO ISSUES FROM COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION IS BAD BUSINESS!!!! Ad truck up to $677 month!! I have GMS pricing (which I was willing to omit to get that deal & a credit score of 814. *. ****** who had sold me my previous vehicle said the manager (******* ********) would not let him honor the ad. Why not honor the ad, so I went elsewhere & got the deal elsewhere. Sad but a company should be held liable for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE! 1 STAR....ZERO STARS IF I COULD RATE THEM. My nephew and I both bought vehicles from ***** at Sands ********, where they HONORED their advertisement.

. I paid 220 for a diagnostic was told my exhaust was leaking. I had another shop look at this prior to me taking it and they stated my cat was bad it had no exhaust leak. When I picked my vehicle up I had the worse exhaust leak in my rear muffler. I was quoted 1300 to fix with the guarantee that that was the issue. I declined repairs at sands and took it to a certified dealer mechanic for the repair they stated were the cause . But my check engine light is still on.Sands service adviser charges people for work they do not perform would never go back and deal with the service manager nor their service writer *** *********. They are crooks and only care about making money. Again a paid the diag and per the service writer my car would only need exhaust pipe to be repaired. He claimed to do a smog test but that was never done. They never did inspection of the vehicle or did a smog test. I took my vehicle to another dealer for repair. Everything that I was advised from *** was not even the fix my vehicle needed. The general manger really needs to look into his team service manager and service advisor. I had called the service manager about my concerns regarding the tech not clocking in on inspection and all he could say is what did the advisor say. He looked at the wo and seen no one clocked into it but said his team doesnt clock in on jobs like that. If thats the case how would that tech be paid for time when they are price work. I believe *** looked at a prior wo for work that I declined and without having any tech inspection quoted a service that did t need to be done to just charge me the diag fee.The other dealer stated my cat was bad and replaced it vs Robs so called determination. I will never do business with sands well they have corrupt workers working there very dishonest and money hungry.I then called another dealer friend thy at I have and they stated ****** is a shady person. I now see that and will never go back.

I was very disappointed in Sands Chevrolet's service ***** I purchased an extended warranty for my car from Car Guard (BBB A+). When I needed to use the warranty for a transmision issue, Sands made me feel stupid for purchasing a Car Guard warranty. And after taking my car apart, told me they were charging me additional labor fees above what my coverage provided as well as additional fees for the parts, saying that Car Guard was not a fair practice warranty service. After some due diligence, I believe Sands Chevrolet was gouging me for higher than normal repair costs.

I bought my ***** SUV last year and not happy with sales department. They are not honest, get you into finance room and do whatever they can to make loan higher. I owe more money on what vehicle is worth, do my options are hold onto to it refinance or trade in on something with small equity I have in this. If regional manager can talk to me like Im a idiot then do not buy from these people

On March 2022 we bough a 2018 Yukon from this dealer ship. After owning the vehicle for a year, we started having issues with the transmission. We took it to them numerous times to get it repair but it seems like theyll be guessing to find out what the problem is. Last time they had it for over three weeks and didt fix the problem. We took it to a different shop to see if they could fix it and after the shop contacted the guarantee company, they denied the the cost to fix the problem because Sands had already charged them thousands of dollars to fix the issue. Right now were in the process to file a complain directly with GMC because Sands wants us to pay out of our pocket in the next visit. Not mentioning the bad customer service from the tech advisor that I dealt with.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I recently had some work done on my ***** traverse and when I got my car back I noticed I had a broken front camera. This car was brought in for some front end work on the exhaust. When I took the car back the dealership passed blame off on to me and said this was my fault and that they don't take cars off the premises. I found on my service receipt that it had 4 more miles when I got it back from what I took it in with. I told them they had just as much opportunity to cause that as I would have. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced at a dealership. Everything on there end was great because I was paying for services. Then when I called them on something that they caused it was a problem and could never be there fault. I WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR ANY PURCHASES OR SERVICES.

DO NOT GO HERE!They are liars and scam artists! They fix with a bandaid and take all your money. They rig the fix so you have to come back instead of getting it all done in the first place. Trust me, save your money and RUN away from this place. Will never do business here again. Go find a mom and pop shop for half the price who actually want to fix your vehicle instead of making you pay for labor multiple times.

Should have just stayed away, & trusted my gut.Went to look at a few vehicles & of course they wanted to go back & forth with numbers. We left because we werent getting anywhere. They call us to come look at a vehicle that was originally out of our price range but all the sudden now they could lower the price to fit our budget.Since we liked the numbers we went through with it. We purchased an extended warranty, with it being a used and 69k miles on it, we had a feeling the transmission could possibly go out. (Thankfully we trusted our gut because it comes into play). The finance guy said if we ever had any issues bring it to them (Sands Surprise) to fix otherwise we will have to pay our deductible. Forward to leaving the lot, *** has a hard shift on our way home. We brought it back the next morning, they got it in and had to sub it out to **** because of the computers. They said since we were having issues after issues they were going to take care of us they failed to follow through with these promises. I noticed shifting issues just recently, tried calling them to get the suv in, to be told you dont take an Apple Watch to a windows store & sent us on our way.I was so fed up with Sands I took it to **** myself. **** tells us theres transmission issues, low break *********** filter needed cleaned.Brought these issues up to ************** probably just trying to upsell you We get the ***s report on things they did to the *** before it left their lot. Had to replace the oil pan, replaced the bumper (they didnt), & took it to **** to clear/fix the airbag light, also noted on the vehicle was a stutter on the freeway at freeway speed the tires just needed balancedWe would have not known any of this If we hadnt made such a big deal. You literally have to jump through hoops to get in contact with management. Or they tell you youre speaking to a ************** in fact are not managers. They now paying our deductible, but thats because we went to BBB.
