      I've been receiving tax services for the past 2 years from this company. The first invoice I ever recived was not itemized and I asked about it and they said they don't itemize their bills. It wasn't a huge deal at the time even though I didn't lije that. For our 2024 taxes he sent us a bil for $3855.00 which I hve attached. I talked to him months ago about the fact that they're trying to bill me for services not received such as the book keeping for the *** account. My office manager has been doing that for the past year and a half now. There should be some billed hours for the Home Protection account due to we were trying to close on a house and they were very far behind and we asked to get our 2024 taxes expedited which I spoke with *** on the phone and he said he would do. He did not and not only did he not fulfill his word but he iterally didn't contact me to let me know he culdn't do it. They're probably trying to bill me for expedited services that we in the end didn't receive on time and the closing got oushed back which caused us all kinds of ************, they're adding on late fees when all I've asked for is an itemized bill. I spoke with *** on the phone a couple months ago and told him we shouldn't be getting billied for any book keeping for *** because our office manager has been taking care of that for over a year. He said he would get back to me. When I call I can never talk to *** or ***** who handle the *** account. My emails go unanswered or if I do get an answer it's too late to fix the tax problem and I'm out more money. Providing an itemized bill is common practice and I don't think it's asking too much to do so. I am willing to pay for the 2024 tax filing which was late an incomplete to begin with but the almost $3,000 for bookkeeping is unfounded. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
