On May 19th I was driving through Lawley's parking lot to get my car serviced. Out of nowhere, one of their Lawley's employees backed a GMC ****** right into to my driver's side door. Upon getting hit I lost all bladder control. The manager of the dealership was no where to be found for a good 20 minutes. After being found he approached me with his business card and said that he would let his insurance know what happened. They would contact with in the next few hours. I went to the hospital was there for roughly 5 hours with my phone on hand waiting on the insurance company to reached out. After leaving the hospital I reached out to the insurance company and was told I would be contacted within 48 hrs. 3 days go by and nothing heard. On the 4th day I called the dealership to see if they where able to give me any update i spoke to the manager that gave me his business card , they said they would call me back. When **** the sales manager did, he claimed that they aren't claiming fault and I would have to fix the car myself. In this **************** they are legally at fault because the person driving through a parking lot has the right of way and the person backing out is supposed to yield and check for traffic before proceeding to do so. Customer service has been horrible when dealing with Lawley's employees. If it's not them giving you the run around they claimed to not have any idea of what the situation is. Being in a small town and knowing many people due to my job I will for sure be letting everyone know how unpleasant my interaction with Lawley's has been. Nine weeks ago they replied with a video on ******** showing their employee backing their truck into my vehicle. After I responded I never heard anything from them again or their insurance company (Zurich) that they referenced has ceased to reach back to me in a timely manner for compensation in regards to missing work, car repairs, rental car, days without car, and loss of bladder control upon incident.
