    I am filing a complaint against Suburban Propane (which acquired Griffins Propane) for failure to return my $150 security deposit after account closure.I vacated the service premises in June 2024 and paid my final bill (receipt attached) on July 10, 2024. Despite multiple calls and written requests, Suburban Propane has not refunded my $150 security deposit. My most recent statement (attached, dated August 4, 2025) clearly shows a credit balance of $150 and states CREDIT BALANCE NO PAYMENT DUE, confirming that I am owed these funds.I have contacted the company, with no resolution. I request the BBBs assistance in securing the immediate return of my $150 deposit.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
